I am highly dissatisfied I had to wait over 15 minutes just to order my food they said 20 minutes I had to wait over an hour just to get my food. We asked several times on the status of our order and the first time we were Ignored and after a half hour he said 5 minutes we still waited another 20 minutes. Worst customer service

Food was decent. Was a little concerened about the containers being stapled and a staple going into the food and I just saw another review where a man ate his food and discovered a loose staple at the bottom Of his container! Maybe purchase containers that you you don't have to staple shut.

Came on a Sunday when place was empty so can’t comment on wait time, as far as the reviews saying it’s a dingy dirty place , it isn’t at all,..try China town restaurants in any city. Definitely a step above average as far as Chinese 2024 is concerned. Haven’t been here since before it burned down.

Used to like going here. Can't understand a word they say wearing masks all the time. Overpaid for that reason. The guy took my money. No receipt, I paid in cash. It was $33.38, I thought he said $33.00, he muttered something, you can't tell with a mask behind plexiglass. I gave him $5.00 more, sounded like $38.00, if course I apologize. I got home, figured it out, it was $33.38.

The food is about average, nothing spectacular. Maybe a lil better than most dumpy chinese take-outs, but not by very much. The place inside looks awful, like most others. I don't care how big or small a place is, it could definitely be made to look nicer inside and be more organized and cleaner too. I cannot really recommend this place based on my overall experiences here over the past few years. If you want great, high-quality chinese food, this definitely isn't your place!
