Best breakfast place around! Large portions perfectly cooked. Little things like covering the home fries in chopped fried peppers and onions if you want separates Main St Cafe from other "lunch counter" style restaurants. Service is friendly. I look forward to visiting regularly!

Disappointed in takeout breakfast today. Bacon egg and cheese on Kaiser had little bacon egg or cheese mostly roll with very little taste. Also ordered pancake platter but got French toast instead.

I have taken my Dad out for breakfast here twice so far, it's pretty close to where he lives and it popped up in my search. Both times our food & the service were fantastic and we have since decided this will be our spot whenever we go out for breakfast. Portion sizing was very good, we both leave full and pricing is affordable. There is also street parking right outside.

What a wonderful surprise to come across the small, tucked-away town of Parkesburg, PA! Thanks to some positive reviews on Google Maps, we decided to check out a quaint spot called Main Street Café Grill.
With a cozy dining room that was about 85% full, we were warmly greeted by our friendly waitress, Marisol, who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was perfect—full of locals who all seemed to know each other by name. The menu had everything you could want for breakfast or lunch.
The service was excellent, our meals were delicious, and the whole experience felt like stepping back in time to a charming Pennsylvania Dutch community.
I highly recommend this café. With just a three-person kitchen crew, one waitress, and a busser, they managed to take care of everyone’s needs, even handling some takeout orders on the side.
I’d definitely stop by again—it made for a great little pitstop between the Poconos and our hometown of Wildwood, New Jersey.

We turned our omelets into skillets and it was worth the extra $2 each! The biscuits were not worth it. Huge portions. They stayed very hot. I will say it smelled a bit of manure, which seemed like a thing for the whole area so can't blame the restaurant. I will blame the prices on them though, as it was expensive for breakfast.

Great food and prices, but they have a very unacceptable way of conducting business. Manager refused to have owner contact me, or give me contact info.Then tried to pretend she was owner on messenger. She plays favorites to customers.She just plops food on my table, and says nothing, never checks to se if I'm OK ,very inatentive!! and rude! Should not be Manager, I see on her cell phone and lot, very unprofessional! This happens every time! but rest of staff very friendly and can't do enough!
But don't think I'll return! I was a regular customer 2-3 a week!
Stopped by Main Street Cafe Grill for a meeting and I was really surprised at the quality of everything! The food was really great, I don't usually get the "specials" but they both sounded amazing so we got one of each and split it. We got the buffalo chicken skillet and red velvet crepes. Not only was the food fantastic but the presentation was top notch! Add in a couple cups of coffee, quick and friendly service and the Main Street Cafe Grill is now our "go to" spot for meetings in the area!
