Best home fries ever! Full stop. Waffles were extremely flavorful. The home fries were crispy all the way through buttery and perfectly salted. Scrapple was crispy, full of flavor and amazing. Waitresses were great, they were quick when we needed help. The dining area was neat and clean, bathroom has some odd smells but overall amazing place 5 stars!

Best breakfast place around! Large portions perfectly cooked. Little things like covering the home fries in chopped fried peppers and onions if you want separates Main St Cafe from other "lunch counter" style restaurants. Service is friendly. I look forward to visiting regularly!

Saw lots of great reviews for this place, stopped for lunch rather than just passing through Parkesburg. Ordered the Tuscany panino (singular of panini) with fries. Wow! what a sandwich, so good! Not keto friendly but I regret nothing. Fries were excellent, so crispy and hot right from the fryer. Absolutely will come back here again.

5 stars all around! My husband and I both ordered the sausage gravy skillet and it was amazing! Never had it that way before and I don't think I can have it any other way after this. And our daughter got the mickey mouse Pancake and she absolutely loved it. Service was awesome and didn't have to wait long for anything. Highly recommend 👌

Family and I just ate here for the first time, nothing but the best here. Food was trully fresh, taste is amazing, staff is fast/friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to have a nice meal with the family.
Had breakfast, but have a very extensive menu with a lot of great options. Great service, food was done super quick. Friendly staff. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get food at anytime of the day.

Disappointed in takeout breakfast today. Bacon egg and cheese on Kaiser had little bacon egg or cheese mostly roll with very little taste. Also ordered pancake platter but got French toast instead.
