They need to educate there employees in electronics They don’t know anything I went to buy a new charging cord and wall charger for my I pad 9th generation The sales lady guaranteed me the one she picked out would be compatible with my I pad She was WRONG I returned it to the Walmart in Elverson pa The lady at the customer service desk knew it wasn’t and she didn’t work in electronics I ended up buying one from Apple Store Paid more but it works This is not the first time an employee at Walmart that works in electronics My advice if you need charging cords wall chargers for any Apple device Don’t buy from Walmart

I'm within 20 minutes or less of 3 Walmarts. This one is the best. Constantly stocked, real checkout aisles open, and workers that are around to help out when needed.

I have to add on to this. This place is absolutely disturbing and a disgrace with the most lazy employees I have ever come across. It's 2024 my elderly mother needed to have groceries delivered because she just had surgery so my husband and I went online set up an account for her ordered her groceries to be delivered between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. came and went no groceries we got a message saying that order was delayed. I called Walmart to find out what was wrong they told me that order was delivered I told them no my mother checked both doors no groceries were there. They further checked spoke to the driver who said the order was not in his delivery so they were going to reshop and get the order out to my mother ASAP so at 3:15 p.m. my mother receives a phone call saying that her order cannot be delivered. We called back and they told me that the order was now on hold and I had to call the main office which we did after further research by the nice gentleman on the phone we were told that the order was brought back to the store by the gentleman who was driving. Because he was concerned about the soda exploding and the cold food. Now my mother only lives less than 10 minutes from Walmart down the road. What he was concerned about soda I have no idea and the cold food would have been taken in right away my mother was sitting there waiting for her food. Here we found out that they were finished at 3:00 p.m. and apparently the gentleman delivering the food did not want to work past 3:00 p.m.. I told them to cancel the order and we ordered from another store through instacart who delivered the food within an hour to my mother and she is extremely happy with that service which we will be using. This has to be the worst Walmart ever no one knows what they're doing they're delivery drivers are obviously lazy the managers are lazy and they're managerial staff obviously has no idea what their staff is doing this place needs a total turnaround and their corporate offices obviously don't care about customer service.
Not a great Walmart. I was visiting PA and stopped to pick up groceries for my mother. This was unorganized, carts in aisles with items needing put away on shelves, it was dirty, old fruit and vegetables just not a place I would shop normally. The checkout was just about all checkouts only two regular checkouts with extremely long lines. I just can't believe people don't complain about this place more, it was disturbing.

I very much like shopping at Walmart. With today’s prices, it seems to be one of the few stores that stock everything that I need and have lower prices. I have never had an issue with any product that I have bought from this store.
