This Wendy’s location is the worst!! If I could put zero stars I would have! The service is always slow even when empty. The employees are rude and get attitude when they forget the food you ordered. Lastly they are supposed to stay open until 12am and they close about 39 to 45 min early everytime and will lock doors and stop taking orders way before the closing time.

I went into the restaurant and no one acknowledged me. Not one member of the staff looked at me or said anything to me. If there was an issue they could have let me know and I could have went somewhere else. Instead of wasting my time waiting for no one to take my order.

I was at the Wendy’s in Parkesburg today waiting for the girls who work there to take my order but no one did and when I said something the little white girl who works there also got a attitude about it so I walk away after standing there for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Very upsetting and disrespectful staff in the parksburg Wendy’s.

I don’t typically post bad reviews but I have had enough of this place. I gave them another chance today & won’t do it again. The whole order was wrong, multiple orders. I’ll drive to Thorndale. Chick Fil A may be the end of this place if they don’t get it together.

I don't typically write reviews on chain establishments as the service can always be hit or miss. However, for this particular location I have visited it about 4 times now and the customer service continues to get worse each time. The wait time continues to get longer even while they're not busy, and they always mess up the order.
I visited this location this evening and again experienced a very long wait time; nearly 35 minutes which I was the only one in the drivethru and there was only one customer inside. At one point I even asked to cancel my order, which they said it would require a manager and told me my food was coming right up. After that, the workers there were no where to be found.
Finally when someone came to the window I went to ask them again to cancel my order, but they turned away, grabbed 2 bags of food and shoved them out the window. If I hadn't already paid for the order through the app I would have just driven off long before going through this type of experience. Oh, and of course the food was cold.
This location has a lot of negative reviews which is unfortunate for a newer location. I really hope Wendy's management team will take notice of these reviews and try to make an effort to improve this location. Because long wait times will only drive customers away, along with the lack of cleanliness and food not being served at proper temperatures pose severe health risks.

Staff messing around instead
of taking care of customers.
Not busy at all but waited forever on food.
Starting to look dirty behind the counter.
Just a suggestions when not busy instead of wasting time clean up and refill the ketchup which you were
told was empty.

Ok I hardly do this but l am just irked and hope others will be aware. I have ordered the same sandwich repeatedly for five times in a row, a jr HAMBURGER NOT CHEESEBURGER!!!! Seriously what in the world is going on with the cooks over there?? I just don’t understand how five different times in a row!!! Thru door dash and the Wendy’s mobile app!!! I continually have to scrape off yellow cheese!! People that are lactose intolerant should avoid this restaurant. Now that said l never have a problem at the Thorndale, Oxford, Lionville or Exton locations!! So the apps are working fine but the employees at the Parkesburg location are lost in space or something! Oh and yes there is a lag time in getting your order in a timely fashion. So l agree with other reviewers! It’s truly sad that such a clean new restaurant that’s been open for a while now is so lacking good help and management!
