I used to love this restaurant. I come here a few times a year with friends and family but the service has been really disappointing the past half dozen times I've been here. The servers are too young and untrained. They spend a lot of time talking to their coworkers and not paying attention to the needs of the guests. I worked in the industry for ten years so I dont judge when there's a lunch/dinner rush and I'm understanding when servers are short handed. But the kids here dont notice when drinks are getting low or empty. They dont clear empty plates. And they take forever to drop off the bill. I watch the faces sitting at the tables around me and they always look stressed out looking for there server. I hope this review will help the hiring manager provide better training. I do love the atmosphere and food!

The food was gross. We drove by this place and I said to my husband it looks like one of those places that are nicer than what the food will taste and that’s exactly what it was. I ordered the tacos and asked for ground beef instead of the steak. And that was ok.
My husband got the smoked wings and said they were gross. He got garlic parm and was not impressed. He loves smoked food but he said these had no flavor. It was freezing cold inside. The waitress was super friendly and was a pleasure. But I should have went to the cheese steak place that we were originally going to go to. Now I’m upset that I’m going home and spent $50 on absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

The food and beer were good. I gave 3 stars for the service only because they were understaffed, and we waited forever for drinks to be brought. So my friend picked them up from the bar herself. Another unpleasant surprise is that smoking is allowed for outside sitting areas without restrictions. And there was a lot of smoking at the neighboring table. That was the reason for 3 stars for the atmosphere.

Fairly good food but service is a wreck. No one seems to know what they're doing and they were waaaay understaffed. This was on a Sunday at around 4pm. Place wasn't even overwhelmingly busy so I don't understand how they can't handle it. Wrong food. Missed one of our guy's order. Half the menu is "ran out". No utensils. No condiments. They need to get it together or quit.

10-19-24, my husband an I road our motorcycle to Riverwalck; as we used to last summer/fall, beautiful views, awesome outside off crick exp., we seriously enjoyed this trip. We were greeted, pleasantly, seated, almost immed.’ly served by Derek . Again polite, pleasant, asked a few questions about menu, answered immed’ly, an clearly. Obtained our drinks, foods, checked on frequently. Was a greater exp., than we recieved last fall, pleasantly surprised. We requested to speak to manager to give compliments, a female arrived- only to recieve impressed compliments on every aspect our exp., it totally needed it! Explained to that changed hands, everythings being looked into improving. Impressed the servers male or female were appropriately professionally properly covered, cleanly dressed. Thats one aspect that was a turn off last season. Being polite, pleasant interacted with, another great improvement! The food was amazing great, an properly , timely served. Another great needed improvement!!! We were married their 2023, after returned exp’s were less then good. We took a random chance to go, an I’m glad we did so!!! We will return pleasantly, looking forward to it. Nice job guys! Keep up the great work!!!

We stopped by on the way back from Jim Thorpeon Saturday at 1200pm. We got immediate sitting and our drinks because there were only a few people there. However it was a little over an hour for our food to come out. We all ordered different things but all 6 of us agreed that the food was mediocre at best. Very nice locations but the quality of food and time it took to prepare is just below average...

I had high hopes, quickly crushed, came in 20 min before the grille closed, and just to close as soon as they could rushed our order. Overcooked the fries, overcooked my burger, this was my first time here and I think also my last. Server then mixed up mine and another tables tab, went to charge me for 4 drinks I didn't get. He disappeared for about 10 minutes just to charge me for a drink we didn't get anyway. Would not recommend, go to Sapore if you want good food and good service with no issues.
Like the outdoor atmospere sitting aside the pohopoco creek is serene!

We stopped here after an afternoon on the river. The prices were great and the food was tasty. We did have to wait for our food for a bit but I think that's because we got there right as they opened. The staff was super nice and there were a lot of people working and helping each other out. 10/10 experience. Note the front parking lot is one way and the rows are close together.
Interesting place and very enjoyable. Menu selections are fewer than before. The food and portions are still very good. Reasonable prices as well.

I hate to leave a review but in this case I have to.. horrendous service… unbelievable.. waitress forgot half of our drinks, needed constant check ins and it literally took all of us over 2.5 hours to get our food. Waitress appeared unorganized and unbelievably slow. Half of our dishes were wrong and after waiting 2 hours.. 3 of our meals still didn’t come out. When they did, they were wrong. Cute atmosphere and I don’t mind waiting for food… but 2.5 hours??? Not again. We joked that what started as a late lunch became dinner.. because it literally took that long. If you can’t accommodate the guests you have, turn people away.. but do not promise something you can’t deliver. This was a stand out horrible experience and with only a limited menu… I can only imagine if the full menu was open!
