Phenomenal! Just Phenomenal! The transformation from an old biker dive to a true gem in the Poconos is incredible! Would love to shake the hands of the new owners! Rustic yet clean, super friendly staff, eclectic menu, and the beer is out of this world. My burger was sooooo cheesy and gooey delicious I'm going back for more soon!

Food was below minimal standard. Seating was terrible and wait staff/waitress was non existing, oh yes, and the waitress dumped a entire glass of iced tea over our table. and took forever to come and mop it up. Will never return. Word of advice??????? Go somewhere else. Food terrible! Burger bun was moldy, wait staff was rude, atmosphere non enjoyable, screaming children and not enough seating. Because zero stars wasn't an option.

My husband and I are so glad we gave Riverwalck a second chance! Food was great and our server, Emily, was superb! Last time we visited, our food order was never put in and we ended up walking out. This recent visit was so much better and theor food is amazing! Definitely would recommend again! My daughter said that the ribs are the best she has had ever!

I used to love this restaurant. I come here a few times a year with friends and family but the service has been really disappointing the past half dozen times I've been here. The servers are too young and untrained. They spend a lot of time talking to their coworkers and not paying attention to the needs of the guests. I worked in the industry for ten years so I dont judge when there's a lunch/dinner rush and I'm understanding when servers are short handed. But the kids here dont notice when drinks are getting low or empty. They dont clear empty plates. And they take forever to drop off the bill. I watch the faces sitting at the tables around me and they always look stressed out looking for there server. I hope this review will help the hiring manager provide better training. I do love the atmosphere and food!

The food was gross. We drove by this place and I said to my husband it looks like one of those places that are nicer than what the food will taste and that’s exactly what it was. I ordered the tacos and asked for ground beef instead of the steak. And that was ok.
My husband got the smoked wings and said they were gross. He got garlic parm and was not impressed. He loves smoked food but he said these had no flavor. It was freezing cold inside. The waitress was super friendly and was a pleasure. But I should have went to the cheese steak place that we were originally going to go to. Now I’m upset that I’m going home and spent $50 on absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

The food and beer were good. I gave 3 stars for the service only because they were understaffed, and we waited forever for drinks to be brought. So my friend picked them up from the bar herself. Another unpleasant surprise is that smoking is allowed for outside sitting areas without restrictions. And there was a lot of smoking at the neighboring table. That was the reason for 3 stars for the atmosphere.

Fairly good food but service is a wreck. No one seems to know what they're doing and they were waaaay understaffed. This was on a Sunday at around 4pm. Place wasn't even overwhelmingly busy so I don't understand how they can't handle it. Wrong food. Missed one of our guy's order. Half the menu is "ran out". No utensils. No condiments. They need to get it together or quit.
