Got delivery, tried their new "tavern style"... it's terrible... it IS NOT tavern style, it's frozen pizza... it's BAD frozen pizza. You're better off getting a Red Baron or Tony's from the grocery store; it'll be cheaper and better.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Ordered $100 worth of food. There was hair.. not just found in the pizza, but other boxes. Cheesy bread also contained hair. We are not talking one hair. MULTIPLE long hair in different boxes of food. They did NOTHING to rectify the issue. They wanted pictures. I sent pictures. Then they just ignored us after. I almost think it was done out of spite. I will never order from them again.

Be very careful ordering from this place! First time they didnt have my order even though it said online order was being prepared. Second time it wasnt ready and I had too wait. But this third time I am done with this place! I ordered 1 pizza online and when I went to pick up they charged me for two! Its just myself and my husband and I would never order 2 pizzas. They charged my card over $53 and they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. They lost my business for good. We used to love pizza hut but my money is good everywhere else.

Arrived ten minutes after the app said it was expected to be ready, only to be told it needed “2-10 more minutes”. Sat in my car for 10 minutes and they were just finishing it. Headed out with the pizza and noticed the delivery guy parked in front of the handicapped ramp in front of the store. It’s a pretty empty mall lot, but at least don’t stop and block the ramp.
Pizza was undercooked and doughy, I eventually put it in my oven to cook for 10 more minutes and came out crispy. The boneless wings were good though.
I believe it’s a family run business, but it’s pretty consistent with being poor quality, as the reviews show. I usually get Pizza Hut twice a year and otherwise support more local chains.

I would give them a 0 they’re car is always down or something is always wrong with it so it takes forever to get your order if you even get it. when you order online you have to call to see where the order is.

Very Ignorant and Rude. They are argue about orders that isn't even yours.
I really really wanted to give this place a shot. They've forgotten my drink when I ordered for delivery. Forgotten my cheese sticks on delivery and they have no instructions on the app so when I called them to modify the order they didn't modify even when I told them I ordered online and there were no instructions for me to tell them. Got there and had to wait 20 minutes for my order because I thought they understood on the phone. Even when they forget my drink or food while delivery and I call them back to remind them like hey you forgot this. They said they'll come right back and I've waited 45 minutes. Food is delicious but even domino's have better services.
