Paid $25 for “food” from Pizza Hut and this is what showed up (see photo). They literally put sauce on ONE wing and called it a day. The rest were bone dry and stuck in the box. When I called, the guy actually said he doesn’t give a shit if I leave a review or call corporate.
Their “solution”? A $2 refund. For a $25 meal that looks like this. Absolutely pathetic customer service and zero accountability. If this is what Pizza Hut considers acceptable, I’ll happily take my business anywhere else.

They lied to me. I used a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon on their app and it worked just fine. When it works on the app, that means everything is ok on their end as well. They tried to lie to me and tell me I still had to pay regular price because the coupon was not working for them, although it clearly was accepted on the app. Do not support locations that lie.

the onlybreason they got 1 star is because 0 is not an option ordered before 9:00pm online the app said they were preparing it and it would be delivered at 9:15 waited until 9:30 to call the store was put on hold for 15 minutes and told to call back in the morning. please do not give them your money we will see they give us a refund tomorrow I guess.

Trash location. Foreign owned. They close at 11 P.M. I placed an order through the app at 10:30 P.M. They then call me to tell me they turned off their oven and won't make it and canceled my order. Go somewhere else.
This location delivery is always late…and I mean by an hour. Also, the “customer service” on the corporate website doesn’t work!

Got delivery, tried their new "tavern style"... it's terrible... it IS NOT tavern style, it's frozen pizza... it's BAD frozen pizza. You're better off getting a Red Baron or Tony's from the grocery store; it'll be cheaper and better.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Ordered $100 worth of food. There was hair.. not just found in the pizza, but other boxes. Cheesy bread also contained hair. We are not talking one hair. MULTIPLE long hair in different boxes of food. They did NOTHING to rectify the issue. They wanted pictures. I sent pictures. Then they just ignored us after. I almost think it was done out of spite. I will never order from them again.

Be very careful ordering from this place! First time they didnt have my order even though it said online order was being prepared. Second time it wasnt ready and I had too wait. But this third time I am done with this place! I ordered 1 pizza online and when I went to pick up they charged me for two! Its just myself and my husband and I would never order 2 pizzas. They charged my card over $53 and they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. They lost my business for good. We used to love pizza hut but my money is good everywhere else.
