Great. Food if they have it! Worst service. U walk in the door and they can’t even say we will be with you in a moment. Instead they ignore your existence. Then today went the whole way to Penfield after calling their number which is “suspended”. After waiting to 5-10 minutes to be seated then saying I want to order a salad. They’re out of steak.. so the. I order chicken…. And of course they are out of it too. What happened to making food when people order?
After the 3rd time of getting home to find out my salad was FULL of onions and I said please no onions... and the bbq sauce all through the bag... I called just to get her know this was the 3rd time... her response... "Ya we did it on purpose!" never going back! I can handle mistakes but not being rude!
Ordered a brisket dinner with two sides and ended up with chuck roast. I’ve never had long stringy pieces of brisket that taste like a roast, very disappointed! I’ll stick with devils bbq in brookville
