Great. Food if they have it! Worst service. U walk in the door and they can’t even say we will be with you in a moment. Instead they ignore your existence. Then today went the whole way to Penfield after calling their number which is “suspended”. After waiting to 5-10 minutes to be seated then saying I want to order a salad. They’re out of steak.. so the. I order chicken…. And of course they are out of it too. What happened to making food when people order?

After the 3rd time of getting home to find out my salad was FULL of onions and I said please no onions... and the bbq sauce all through the bag... I called just to get her know this was the 3rd time... her response... "Ya we did it on purpose!" never going back! I can handle mistakes but not being rude!

This is NOT barbecue. Being from Texas, I was absolutely flabbergasted by the meal they presented, after the longest wait I've ever had in any bbq establishment. Would not go again

During our visit to Karthus we found ourselves looking for a place to grab some breakfast or lunch,
This place is more than accommodating and willing to help, we had a party of 10 some of us irritable and one of our with party disabilities. They went out of her way to make sure we had everything we had wanted set of space for us and accommodated all of our needs. I would highly suggest checking this place out.

I went here specifically to have a good brisket. I was highly disappointed. It seemed as if it was pulled beef and it was very dry. The service was good and it was a nice atmosphere. I really would like to say more about this place but I'm not sure if I am willing to give it a second chance.

Ordered a brisket dinner with two sides and ended up with chuck roast. I’ve never had long stringy pieces of brisket that taste like a roast, very disappointed! I’ll stick with devils bbq in brookville

Mediocre at best. Pulled pork was decent, chicken was bland but ok, brisket was worthless it actually could have been shredded chuck roast. Definitely will never go back again.

This is a great hometown BBQ place. We got the sampler with the four meats n it was plenty for 2 ppl. Sides are large portions to. Good food and good service. Definitely will be back!

Wow. I was told an hour for carry out. I asked if I sat down would it be an hour. Her response was, look around, do you see anyone eating. It's going to be at least an hour till any of these people get food. Mind you half the tables were empty. Avoid.

Fantastic food and Fantastic service. Anytime I call they are willing to put together a large order with little to no notice. I highly recommend stopping by and trying the pulled pork and the BBQ sauce.
