As expected
Don't bother coming here. Understaffed and then waited 20 minutes in the drive thru you can't get out of line due to accessibility. Then when we paid we were asked to pull up front because our food wasn't read and there wasn't any parking.

Tonight I was coming from work and decided to stop at Dunkin two young girls one named Mia and a little black girl treated me with respect and prepared my food wonderfully. After coming home from a long shift that really made me happy. I do see a lot of nasty reviews but I will say give these young kids a break they were fast and efficient and I really hope they are appreciated in their workplace :)

just about every other day, I go to Saltsburg Rd., Dunkin and it’s usually always fantastic. Well this morning I go and get the same drink that I always order and the lady wouldn’t fill it all the way up for me. She says that she cannot, but I don’t understand how it’s always full every time I always go just a little bit disappointed. The lady was very rude. I would give zero stars for this if I could.

I’m writing this with the intention of providing constructive feedback, not to stir negativity — but I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Saltsburg Road that I believe should be addressed.
I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order while dealing with a sprained ankle and politely explained I was unable to walk inside due to the pain. I asked if someone could possibly bring the order to the drive thru instead, considering the circumstance. Instead of understanding or even a courteous response, the manager, Mia, told me bluntly, “I don’t care about the rain, you got to come in,” and went further to say, “Don’t come back and take any more deliveries here.” After giving it through the window.
This interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn’t even a customer — I was there to support their business by delivering an order to someone else. While I understand policies, I also believe some flexibility or basic empathy should exist, especially when someone is injured. A little understanding would’ve gone a long way.
I’m not looking for trouble, but respect should go both ways — and it was disheartening to be treated so harshly when I was just trying to do my job while in pain. I hope this feedback encourages a more considerate approach in the future.
why is it that everytime i order from here something is ALWAYS wrong! my coffee is bland , i ordered a sandwich they didn’t even put the croissant top ??? yall gave me sausage cheese and egg😑.

Do not recommend if you have a dairy sensitivity or allergy. I went there today and they randomly put my bagel sandwich on the wrong bagel. I went in to have it fixed, and they put cheese on it when I cannot have dairy. Not a safe place to eat if looking for something with a sensitivity.

The donuts aren't too bad, unfortunately yesterday everything seemed stale and rather unfresh. My cappuccino didn't even taste like coffee at all.
Usually the donuts are fresh, and depending on whom makes your coffee it's not too bad. Overall price for what you get is rather high, most of the staff I've dealt with are friendly and courteous. There have been some individuals who seem like they'd rather not be there and are rather rude and blunt. But overall it's not a bad place if you want to spend a little extra money and have a still donut with some water down coffee 🤷♂️

Placed a mobile order in the morning as I always do—order went through and I was charged but location was closed when I arrived. Shouldn’t be accepting mobile orders if not open during regular operating hours. Trying to get a refund through the app and customer service but it’s a bot and I was told it can take a few days.

Im 3 days late posting my review but this is the 2nd 🥈 visit that I had via the service being decent. My service on December 26, 2024 Katie, Ciera and Alania was EXTREMELY helpful. I came in and was very unfamiliar with the style of drinks and Katie overheard my conversation and took the initiative to make what she assumed I wanted and she happened to be correct!!
I have had several experiences at this location but when something GOOD OCCURS, I feel that should also be reported as well. Therefore, I would suggest that whenever you visit this specific location- ASK FOR Ms. Katie, Ms. Ciera or Ms. Alania

Atmosphere is always dictated by the service and the lady running the show today was nothing but rude and abrasive. We went inside so we could pick our own donuts. Is this a no no at Dunkin these days? Won't be patronizing at this location again.
