I stopped by Dunkin Donuts today for a pumpkin latte and a jelly-filled donut, and I have to give a shout-out to the young African-American male working the counter. His service was outstanding—he was incredibly kind and respectful, going above and beyond to make sure my order, as well as everyone else's, was perfect. Usually the donuts are fresh, and depending on whom makes your coffee it's not too bad. Overall price for what you get is rather high, most of the staff I've dealt with are friendly and courteous. There have been some individuals who seem like they'd rather not be there and are rather rude and blunt....
