I ordered a macchiato which is a pretty strong coffee. I got straight up milk and absolutely no coffee. I’m already over paying for just coffee so why am I just getting milk with caramel. This is the worst macchiato I’ve had. It’s very simple to make, it’s foam milk with two shits of expresó on top not that hard. Lmk if you guys are hiring I think I can do better.

Doughnuts were fresh. Coffee was hot. This location has fast and friendly workers. No matter how busy they are, they are patient and polite.
The workers and manager are exceptional! They are courteous and helpful! They go out of their way to make you sure that your order is taken care of. Always a pleasure to visit this Dunkin. My absolute favorite Dunkin!

Stop passed her to some coffee and work on my computer. I had to pack up and leave because how ghetto and unprofessional the staff were. Idk if the girl was a staff or not to be honest. But she was Talking to the workers about nothing. I wouldn’t say talking either because the girl was literally yelling. This store isn’t that big, im sure if she was using her inside voice her friend could still hear her. This concert would not end, the girl Just kept talking about everything but her job. What’s even more annoying tge supervisor did nothing. Just let her employees engage in the women conversation like they don’t have work to do. I’m not saying they can’t be social however they should maintain their professionalism especially when there’s customers in the lobby.
