In the afternoon it seems to take forever and the line moves slow. one time they charged us for the wrong order and while we waited for them to refund it and charge the correct order, the manager didn't say a word to us. he was obviously mad about having to fix the mistake but made us feel like it was our fault. after like 20 minutes of sitting there, nobody talking to us, we left

I ordered a macchiato which is a pretty strong coffee. I got straight up milk and absolutely no coffee. I’m already over paying for just coffee so why am I just getting milk with caramel. This is the worst macchiato I’ve had. It’s very simple to make, it’s foam milk with two shits of expresó on top not that hard. Lmk if you guys are hiring I think I can do better.
