Most of the time, there's no problem. In the afternoon it seems to take forever and the line moves slow. one time they charged us for the wrong order and while we waited for them to refund it and charge the correct order, the manager didn't say a word to us. he was obviously mad about having to fix the mistake but made us feel like it was our fault. after like 20 minutes of sitting there, nobody talking to us, we left

The workers and manager are exceptional! They are courteous and helpful! They go out of their way to make you sure that your order is taken care of. Always a pleasure to visit this Dunkin. My absolute favorite Dunkin!

Even though I asked for a frozen mocha coffee and they gave me a frozen hot chocolate I could not believe it I did call them and they told me they will replace it but the fact of the matter is I was on my lunch break and I could not go back smh
