In the past when my father use to go there it was the local Penn hills cop bar, I haven't been there in years but it was good place back then and it seems to always be busy now when I drive past

Place use to be a great. Now its really a dump. Roof leaks, dirty, everything needs work. Owner is definitely neglecting it.
