I mean I like Pizza Hut. You know what you're getting. I was fond of this one when they called me immediately to let me know they had accident tally forgotten to give us one of our items for takeout.

I docked them a star because of the coercive nature of asking us to tip the team members. Tipping culture is out of control, and if Pizza Hut feels their employees should be paid more, then pay them more. Raise the prices if necessary. Don't rely on customers to subsidize your cheap pay rates.

This is the 4th time and we are missing items. 4$ for garlic sauce and didn’t receive any of them. Before it was the wrong pizza and no sauce with the breadsticks!!! Then charged for ranch and didn’t receive those as well. Please start to check you slips and put all items in the bags.This can not keep happening and we get nothing in return no refund and coupon for the multi missing items.

Worst Pizza I have ever had in my entire life I am 69 years old it was nothing but oil oil no taste whatsoever of oregano in the sauce or on the pizza anywhere the dough was lousy it was the worst I've ever tasted and they call an eight cut Pizza a large it was only 12 in in diameter what a ripoff I'll never go back there again I was told that they had really good pan pizza and I thought I'd give it a try never again the worst I've ever tasted I ruined a good shirt when I picked up a piece of pizza and the oil was actually running off of the pizza off the bottom of the pizza it had pepperoni which really had no flavor and also the green peppers where you could see through them they were so thin again no flavor all I could taste was oil I ain't my dog wouldn't even eat it there's too much oil never again worst investment I've ever made I will never return to any Pizza Hut ever they can't compare to anyone else any any type of pizza shop is better than Pizza Hut let me tell you they're the worst and for a pan pizza it wasn't even cooked all the way through the bottom was still raw dough they put too much oil in them pans shouldn't put any oil in those pans at all like I said the worst
The pizza and bread sticks were great. The boneless chicken wings were a different story. They were so, so small and not worth the price.

I am obsessed with the p'zone lol Apparently, it's a limited time only thing, so that makes me very sad ? ? Luckily, the rest of what they have is also delicious ? The crew is very efficient and friendly. They even have a little doorbell at the window so if you're coming to pickup an order you placed online you can just drive right on up and never hafta less e your car ? ?

Everything was excellent….honestly if I have any complaints it was a little too excellent because I ate it all before I got home. I’ll try to do better next time.

Ordered online on the app and for some reason it changes my address to something completely wrong. After my husband realizing this we called in right away only to get no answer even after calling 5-6 times. Delivery driver luckily reached out to us because the address wasn’t even a house number. If it was my pizza would’ve went to someone else because I have the no contact option selected. Really should have someone to at least answer your phones in case someone calls you. I called the order line and got transferred to someone who didn’t speak English very well and she kept saying my address was right on her end and I kept saying its the one in my profile on the app that the order was saying it was a different address. Frustrated I asked her to try and get me through to the store and what a surprise the phone never answers and just disconnects. The one pizza was really undercooked so I had to throw it in the oven for it to really be edible. Really disappointed with this order
