The strawberry cheesecake sundae is SOOOO good. It tastes like legit cheesecake. I wish we lived closer cause id get it literally daily it's so good. The chicken bites are also very good, and the fries--- chefs kiss! Sooo good.
The only thing we've had that we dont love are the new fried strawberry cheesecake bites. It was like warm yogurt inside of them. They were good, but not our favorite.

HELLO! i’ve never made a review and this was my first time ever trying rally’s but me and my girlfriend came threw the drive threw last night and had a wonderful conversation with MR APPLEPIES himself. he absolutely made me and my girlfriends night with his charismatic attitude! i know now that when im having a bad day i can go get some good food and have a good experience while ordering it! i have been on this early 21 years and have not had such a amazing experience in a fast food location… didn’t pick up the employees name. taller older gentleman. this guy is a legend tho! i have extreme social anxiety and i felt absolutely no anxiety while talking to him! shoutout the MVP MRAPPLEPIES!
if your reading this mr apple pies. please keep your head up high just how you are because you never know just how much something so small could impact someone’s day!

The burger was better than expected. Tasted good and was well balanced. The famous fries were a major let down. Over cooked and did not blow me away with the seasoning.

I finally made the trip to Rally's. The food was good I am not sure why people of YouTube and internet says the chicken tenders are the worst they we so not like how everyone says they are seriously do not listen to the reviews of people saying they are horrible. I did feel bad for the girl at the window she seemed to be doing everything but she was super nice while still doing everything. I will definitely be back when I have to time to go out to Penn Hills again.

Fries are good and they aren’t bad for fast food. However the customer service is absolutely horrible. Not overly kind most times at the drive through and god forbid they make a mistake on a delivery. Getting a hold of customer service and getting a refund is a major hassle. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of any kind of customer service here and would perhaps order more often if I didn’t feel like I was running the risk of spending $20 on the wrong food I couldn’t eat rather than what I wanted. No one wanted to handle it and just pushed around the responsibility.
