Honest to God the best fast food I've had in my LIFE... even the presentation is good, which you never see in chain restaurants!! The building looks amazing with the checkered design and the staff is super nice!!

At 10:09 am, 03/08/2024. Went through Drive through excited that the restaurant was listed as open (pregnant, lol) arrive to the speaker a voice said we open in 15 mins. I asked do you usually open at 10:30. He said no. I asked what time do you open? He said 10am. Rally's dropped the ball today. Maybe next time.

Its a far trip from home but have been here twice. The people are polite the food is awsome!!! I love the chicken strip meal and the rest of the family loves the bacon cheese burgers.

Staff was excellent...quick service, friendly and courteous. Food was good. However, the floor tiles were so greasy it was hard to walk to the restroom, which was also a mess. We chose to grab our food and leave.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pregnant and ordered for delivery they got my order wrong so I had to waste my lunch break driving up there just for them to give only one of the items I ordered out of 5 won't recommend working at rallys in Penn hills

Rally's food is really good. Got a BBQ bacon burger this time and it was tasty. Cooked perfectly. Even the bacon was cooked well. French fries were crispy and seasoned. Went through the drive thru and got prompt service and freshly cooked food. ????

I ordered takeout from Rallys and was sent home with a vanilla shake made from spoiled milk. I had taken a few sips and realized that something was very wrong. Popped the top off and the unmistakeable smell hit me. I reached out online hoping to reach a resolution and received no response. I've gone here frequently in the past but if they are going to serve their customers spoiled milk then I will reconsider.
