Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Good Place, usually slow but that's expected with high school kids at their first job. Only thing negative kind of expensive for what it is.

Had a great time with my family at this location. It was early afternoon so the shop wasn't too busy and we enjoyed our flavors that we chose. Very nice worker there as well!

The Italian ice and custard is delicious, however, since the business is made for eating outside, it would be more convenient to have napkin and silverware dipensers on the counter. The line piles up quickly and I don't want to get back into line to ask for more napkins

I would give them a 5 star but tonight I witnessed one of the workers spill cream for the vanilla custard on top of the lid under neath the machine while refilling it the grab paper towel and wiped the spilled cream back in with the cream in the compartment with the new cream I mentioned it to the young lady she asked him if he done that he said yes she later said you probably shouldn’t have done that I was out done I will be calling th

The Italian ice and custard is delicious but I left a 2 star review because of the service. Since the business is made for eating outside, it would be common sense to have napkin and silverware dipensers on the counter. The line piles up quickly and it was inconvenient when I had to get back in line to ask for more napkins

Vegetarian options: Pretty sure there's no meat in Italian ice?

Dietary restrictions: The menu is really only like 2 types of things, just combined in different ways (though there's lots of different flavors of ice) so if you can't do custard or Italian ice, there isn't gonna be much here for you

Parking: Big ole lot - the line would be massive if it was ever full.

Kid-friendliness: The ordering window is pretty high, but I imagine kids love ice and custard?

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to the window, so it appears to be fully accessible? Also a couple of handicap parking spots

Premium ice cream and delicious cold coffee. Large portions. Wish there were more seating and more umbrellas to protect customers from the sun while eating their delicious ice cream treats.
