This place... Effed up my meal on 3 separate occasions and it was completely inedible. And this fourth time as I review this, they're listed as "open" on Google but when I tried to order, I was charged and my order got cancelled because apparently they are closed. I give them another chance because they are close by.
I had a proper meal from them twice... So 2 out of 6 times they got it right. Way too inconsistent. You may end up with a decent meal, or you may end up with some bullshit. Order at your own risk!

I went in 10 minutes before closing and was allowed to still place an order; being an out of town guest, that was exceptional. The catfish was cooked to perfection, the mac & cheese consistency was superb however the downfall was everything was way too salty. I plan on going back when I return in a few weeks with informing of the distaste and hopefully, with a small adjustment the experience will be much better.

when I first walked in it was smokey and smelled like something was burning , The fish was very over cooked and dry , I had to go home add my own seasoning to my Yams because they were very bland my whole experience here was bad wasted $22 dollars just for everything to me nasty the only think that was good was the mac & cheese and the cabbage !! other thank that everything was nasty, should have just ordered those 2 sides

Today I ordered 6 piece wings and cheese fries with extra seasoning. The wings were so small and over cooked and didn't even have much seasoning, I couldn't even enjoy them. The fries were not seasoned well either. I have been there maybe 4 times now and never had an issue, but this time was horrible, and completely a waste of money and time. Ugh.... yuck!

The collards are from a can and the way they were doctored to hide that fact; was as if a box of salt was used. The cabbage had a different taste(to each is own). The fish was fried too hard and again very salty. The wings were ok however, salty as well. I could not enjoy this meal resulting in it being thrown in the thrash. I will not be back!

I Order food from this place for take out I spoke with the people and everything. They told me when my food would be ready i showed up to get it and they were closed. Why close when I already ordered my food even have spoke to you and you gave me a time of when it's was gonna be ready. When I tried to call the phone was disconnected I couldn't get ahold of anyone. There hours was open till 11pm and this was around 7pm in the afternoon.

So far I've only had their linguine. Its wonderful. The olive oil on it is perfect for it. The chunks of cheese and grape tomatoes are perfect, and the size makes it a perfect accomplishment to any meal or the perfect snack. So far. Just that one dish. Repeatedly... and it's enough to justify a great start rating already.
