For some reason they keep saying they won’t deliver to my house but they did in the past. Each time there’s a new excuse. Dominos, which is even further down the road will deliver every time.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews asked the managers why they no longer deliver to my spot he said they just don’t and was very rude about it the customer service sucks and after reading the reviews I’m clearly not the only one with a crappy experience from this place wish I could give no stars . Penn hills close them down !

Ordered and paid for pizza at location. Wait was long so requested a refund and was refused. Waited some more...turned into more than an hour and pizza was not well done after all of that. Order pizza from somewhere else if you want good service

Excellent food, but unreliable regarding delivery drivers.
I ordered pizza for $25.65 and used my debit card. They said it didn’t go through and they said I had to pay cash upon delivery. It did go go through and I disputed the charge with my bank and lost my dispute so I ended up paying $52 for a pizza. Will never order again from them!

This is from 1/11/25. One person working in the shop and that person was taking payments and also preparing the pizza, salad...etc with no gloves on. Very unsanitary. Ended up not eating what i ordered and threw it in garbage.

Ordered off slice app, delivered on time but pizza looked like it was tossed around like a frisby, young bucks can Google that up. I fixed the cheese that sloshed around against the side of the pizza box and first bite wow what a surprise, gummy uncooked pizza not cooked long enough!!!! Great job morons

Terrible. Go elsewhere. How does one charge the same for a medium and large pie? Dominoes Pizza slices are larger than these. All three of our "large" pies had virtually no cheese, all dough, little to no sauce, and were slightly larger than a personal size pizza (no exaggeration). The toppings were scarce. The cashier seemed lost in space, could not answer our questions about their products, and had attitude. This is one of those inner city business owner that capitalize off of people in the community. In NY, we shut these types of businesses down by not patronizing them...come correct or you're not getting our business. How do I know about the owner's bad character...when I was asking straightforward questions to the cashier, his punk self grabbed his keys and left.
