Ordered off slice app, delivered on time but pizza looked like it was tossed around like a frisby, young bucks can Google that up. I fixed the cheese that sloshed around against the side of the pizza box and first bite wow what a surprise, gummy uncooked pizza not cooked long enough!!!! Great job morons

Terrible. Go elsewhere. How does one charge the same for a medium and large pie? Dominoes Pizza slices are larger than these. All three of our "large" pies had virtually no cheese, all dough, little to no sauce, and were slightly larger than a personal size pizza (no exaggeration). The toppings were scarce. The cashier seemed lost in space, could not answer our questions about their products, and had attitude. This is one of those inner city business owner that capitalize off of people in the community. In NY, we shut these types of businesses down by not patronizing them...come correct or you're not getting our business. How do I know about the owner's bad character...when I was asking straightforward questions to the cashier, his punk self grabbed his keys and left.

I absolutely love this Vocelli’s! A little slow sometimes but that’s expected when you have very few workers. Their pizza is always worth the wait though & the workers they have are awesome!
The dude was rude as hell to the point I canceled my order Had every opportunity to apologize as he was in the wrong They took more than 10 min to even answer the phone.
EDIT:management reached out to me, and took corrective measures. I am hopeful for our future interactions previously i left 1 star and moved it to 3.

I’ve never seen more poorly made pizza in my life. One literally had NO dough in the middle of the pizza. How does that even happen?? The other was so raw on the bottom I have no idea how it went through an oven. Yikes.

I don't know what happened over the years, but today you lost a long time customer. I called and the customer service was 0. If someone calls, asks what specials you have and the response is we have the same ones every day....I don't order from you every day, this was a "treat" and was actually excited to spend my $$ there. Not any more. Disappointed. Do better.
