Doordash drivers beware night crew workers will tell you they dont have food items that they do indeed have or will just straight up refuse to hand you orders and YOU will get dinged for it cancel all orders going to this wendys and avoid at all costs!!!

This is a Wendy's that serves perfectly edible Wendy's food, but possibly one of the slowest in Pittsburgh. Chronically understaffed while the surrounding joints in the Plaza have no such issues.

Went there today and got 2 biggie deal bags, one Jr. Bacon and one double stack., 6pc spicy nugget and two drinks. The Jr bacon had a ridiculous amount of mayo on it, and the bread was old and hard. The nuggets were bad like they sat out all day and the fries were old and dry. We are so done with wasting money here. This Wendy's needs to close and retrain everyone including managers. Smh it's sad that this isn't a good place at all.

Stopped here before often without problems. Just spent 20 minutes getting 1 baked potato, 1 Jr cheese burger and a 6-pc nuggets. The staff all looked like they are hurned out or just don't care about customer service.

Ordered ahead in app for drive thru, they forgot two of my sides, all my sauces, and my utensils, so I went inside to get them and was met with attitude from the employee working the counter saying that ā€œI’m not working drive thru I’m working hereā€ after asking for a receipt that they conveniently forgot to put in my bag. Came home and unpacked it and somehow they gave me two 8 piece nuggets instead of 10 which they don’t even have on the menu, and the managers reasoning was ā€œwell they are teenagersā€ well don’t let the teenagers too close to the cash register if they can’t count to ten, unless you like losing money like you enjoy stealing it from customers. Was told to ask for the manager to get my nuggets next time but don’t even know if Ill go back to get my nuggets replaced because this is a disaster. I worked many fast food jobs as a teen and I never messed up something so simple as counting. Manager should learn to manage their employees attitude and performance.

asked for two plain chicken sandwiches and got a fully loaded sandwich....unbelievable and had to rush home to start work so I'm stuck with what i can't eat
