Ordered ahead in app for drive thru, they forgot two of my sides, all my sauces, and my utensils, so I went inside to get them and was met with attitude from the employee working the counter saying that “I’m not working drive thru I’m working here” after asking for a receipt that they conveniently forgot to put in my bag. Came home and unpacked it and somehow they gave me two 8 piece nuggets instead of 10 which they don’t even have on the menu, and the managers reasoning was “well they are teenagers” well don’t let the teenagers too close to the cash register if they can’t count to ten, unless you like losing money like you enjoy stealing it from customers. Was told to ask for the manager to get my nuggets next time but don’t even know if Ill go back to get my nuggets replaced because this is a disaster. I worked many fast food jobs as a teen and I never messed up something so simple as counting. Manager should learn to manage their employees attitude and performance.

I order breakfast and they forget to put my bacon on my chicken croissant sandwich. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt went there for dinner, asked for three spicy nuggets and gave me regular nuggets along with unsweet tea When I asked for sweet tea. The people they have working for them can they read what is on the screen or is the person taking the orders putting it in wrong which I can say my order was put in correctly this needs to be addressed. If you can’t get people’s orders right you don’t need to work there or they need to find a new crew before it gets shut down

Poor service, long waits, and they love to cancel your delivery orders by claiming they're out of something or closed so they don't get knocked by grubhub or doordash.
Couldnt believe my ears today at the wendys on rodi road. Was circling around the building to get into the drive through line and could hear a young black girl yelling in the drive through window that she hates white people. Needless to say i drove away because blatant racism should not be tolerated nor do trust this wendy to handle my food. Would be suprised if there was spit or something else foul in it
