They messed up our order. We asked for no mustard on a burger, they put mustard on a burger. We had to go in there twice the worker there with super rude. She said, it's just the cheese, but then my grandma went in there, stepped in and actually got us a new burger, because the first time it was on the wrapper and touching our burger, so she just threw the wrapper away, had the same burger put it in a new wrapper, my grandma got a whole new burger, and they also put in an extra burger. We didn't order the people working, there were so right, they also gave me a raw burger

They are the most incompetent people working there. I tried to give them chances and have not received food. I can understand messing up an order. BUT 3 TIMES IN A ROW, they left out multiple drinks, sandwiches, frosties.
I called to let management know, so they can work on it. And got told to just live with it.

They told us to move as forward as possible after paying at the second window. The man who came out to hand us our food proceeded to be so disrespectful to my wife and ordered us to back up instead making multiple negative remarks to us instead of walking the 5 ft to our car. Unbelievable. Do not support these terribly run franchises anymore regardless of the brand. Fire and re-manage these stores Wendys.

We were in the drive thru for at least a half hour, and only 2 cars finished with their orders. The dining room in neeeevvvveeerrrrr open. Either fill your staff so you can actually put food out, or shut down. This place is ridiculous. The same problems years after year.

My chicken nuggies were okay 👌 but the lady who took my order scared me and was rude. My fries tasted like they were 3 hours old, and my cinnamon roll was hard. 10/10 would not recommend to a friend unless they were starving and gonna die.

The restaurant is a beautiful building and conveniently located and parking is fine. I’ve never seen such dirty windows:(even a quick wipe at least randomly would make it seam livable) Interesting that there’s no grilled chicken anymore, almost anywhere. All fried (the wrap doesn’t count). Maybe chick-fil-A gets it all. Fast food shouldn’t be an excuse.

I recently visited this Wendy's location, and it was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The person taking orders seemed completely disinterested, ignoring customers while constantly shouting to the staff in the back. It felt chaotic and unprofessional.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning; the entire place was dirty and unkempt. To top it off, the food was bland and tasteless, which is not what you expect from Wendy's.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. There are plenty of other fast food options nearby that are far better!
