I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Wings are excellent. Had classic lemon pepper and boneless lemon pepper. I was surprised how good the boneless wings were. It's not a great dine in place. It's nothing like Buffalo Wild Wings, but it's a great place for takeout wings. Will definitely get them again.

Do NOT order from the Penn Hills location! Horrible customer service! No manager on-site and they won't even give you the manager's name. They made no effort to resolve my concern and then hung up on me!

Called in order and it was all automated. Had to pay over the phone. Got there and they didn’t even know what was going on. They couldn’t even verify that the number I called was theirs. Then they made us show our bank statement to prove we paid!!
