“Tired on a Friday night and wanted to try something different. Found this place on google decided to try it. On the outside, the place looks ordinary with ordinary restaurant sign in parking lot. Were pleasantly surprised with the interior. I like that the section we sat at had a barrier up so we feel sense of privacy but not too secluded. The place is decorated with Christmas decor so it feels even more warm and cozy. The staff there is a bit on the louder side but didn’t bother me. I ordered a mi goreng chicken and shrimp, my husband got bamee bbq pork noodle soup. The Thai tea was good, a tad sweet but still was good ..mi goreng was delicious . My husband thought the bbq pork was ok, but still good. Service is good, greeted us with friendly smiles. We were one of their last customers but didn’t feel rushed. Def would return to try other items”

“Their pizza is top notch, one of the best shops in the area! Came in today for the complimentary large pizza promo they were so generously offering. The pizza as well as the garlic knots were remarkable, especially considering the literal line out the door the special created! I’ll definitely be returning for another tomato pie! By the looks of the menu they offer a wide variety of classics as well as some unique items like the “fat twin” sandwich!Looking forward to my next Trenton Tomato Pie experience!”

Parking: There's a small lot but always parking available. I've never been unable to get a parking spot and have been gong to this location for the last 10 years.”

“First and foremost, great tasting pizza, salad, and meatballs (3 and 5 year old approved)! Service is pleasant in an atmosphere that feels right at home. Not a local but when we drive back through the area, plan to stop here again!

“Went last night with two friends for my birthday! I think our chef said his name was Gino! He was great and our waitress and the food was great! My only complaint was that the music was blaring so, we couldn't hear what anyone was saying and we really could even talk to each other!!! It took away from the experience since our chef was saying things that we couldn't hear. I did ask three different staff members if they could lower it to no avail. We don't think we will go back there again! We had to keep asking our waitress to repeat herself and that got to be exhsusting😣”

We even met Richard who took the time to graciously explain the history and origin of the restaurant/ menu. The atmosphere was inviting and rich with culture. I would totally recommend Samarkand! “Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.”
