Went here Sunday for the first time in a very long time just to grab one of the nitro cold brews. Ordered on the app and pulled through. Kid tells me he’s waiting for the foam to go down. I see the manager in the background instructing him on what to do. A few minutes go by and he brings it to me about half filled. He asked if I want to wait. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to make the kid feel bad, he was very young and felt bad. It was the manager or whoever was telling him wha to do. About $4.50 for a half a cup of foam. This is the 2nd Dunkin on my don’t go to list, the one on 413 tops the at list, the suck worse.

Chaotic, unorganized, and confused. The fact I’m using all these words for a mobile app order should tell you everything you need to know. Ordered a half dozen donuts (2 of 3 particular kind), and got 6 randoms, none of which were the correct ones, not to mention ordered the Wicked munchkin tin for my daughter and it had ZERO of the wicked munchkin’s. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location, but will definitely be my last. Go to the one up the street near the mall, much friendlier and overall better staff and management.

Nice friendly staff... Sadly corporate made them crackdown on hanging out here so I will never come here anymore. That being said, I won't let that impact my score and overall ratings for the place because the great people that work here don't deserve that.

When i went through the drive thru the woman at the speaker got my order wrong twice before i just gave up but when i pulled to the window this blonde kid wasn’t actually that bad he didn’t mind fixing my order or gave me attitude so that was nice other then that tho i didn’t have a good experience at all this was yesterday.

If your store hours are open until 8. I’m confused as to why I came 6 mins before 8 and am told they dumped out all the coffee and closed the drawers already?? As a gm myself I would never let my run this way. They must be ready to take customers even if they come in 30 second before we close. Very unprofessional

This is the hood Dunkin of Bucks County. Always yelling when I pull up for to go order. Tell me to hold on. Then always mess your order up. Today I got a large iced coffee with almond milk, not that hard. It was so nasty. It tasted like they burnt the coffee. Never again. I’ll go out of my way to not come here anymore.

I know coffee won't taste the same everything but we go through extremes with the frozen coffee here, today I had ordered 2 for me and my partner and when I picked them up they looked absolutely disgusting. Almost like they were half mixed then given up on it, I took a sip cuz maybe it just looks bad but taste good, it was just gross. Ended up running it through the blender at home with more cream and after a min was good to go but I shouldn't have to do that. I'd attach a pic but it won't let me 😑

No disrespect but those Indians were crazy loud. The white, young, blonde teen couldn't even hear my order from the Indians yelling and I could barely hear him but he wasn't at fault. He apologized and was friendly and made sure with the workers that my order was made right (which they ended up messing up anyways because my sandwiches were wrong and they used the wrong cheese.) Even my hot coffee was watered down. Food was okay but they messed up 75% of my order. The ice coffee was mid. My full complaints to the Indians and the white kid was cool, humble, and very helping a d generous.
