No disrespect but those Indians were crazy loud. The white, young, blonde teen couldn't even hear my order from the Indians yelling and I could barely hear him but he wasn't at fault. He apologized and was friendly and made sure with the workers that my order was made right (which they ended up messing up anyways because my sandwiches were wrong and they used the wrong cheese.) Even my hot coffee was watered down. Food was okay but they messed up 75% of my order. The ice coffee was mid. My full complaints to the Indians and the white kid was cool, humble, and very helping a d generous.

This is the second time they made a mistake. Last time I said three sugars, they gave me six sugars. Today, when I said three sugars, they gave me three cream and more cream. It’s freezing in this store and not even that warm outside had to leave cut sit down even for few minutes

They don’t use the to-go shelf, and just stack it behind the counter. Then the employees just look at people standing there until the poor girl getting hammered at drive through turns around and hands it all out 10 minutes later. Was so much better when the kids were working behind the counter.

Easily the most disorganized Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Was trying to order at the counter and the girl kept running away after everything I said and was acting annoyed when she came back and I specified what I wanted on my sandwich and then again ran off before I could finish telling her the specifications. They somehow managed to burn only the cheese on my sandwich and it was disgusting. Threw the sandwich in the trash and drove to a different Dunkin and got another sandwich. They also gave me an old fashion donut when we asked for a sour cream donut.
