I was so excited to have one of these in the area. It's in a unique corner with limited parking, but I thought it was gonna be worth it. After my second visit, I came to the conclusion that it's very overpriced, and you're better off going somewhere else. I went out of my way to get here, but I prefer another Bagel/lunch (phenomenal) place that does way better than MB. The menu doesn't reflect what you're actually gonna pay. Yes, ask questions while you're ordering if you really want to try MB. The portions absolutely are nowhere to be found on the bagels. If I wanted a breaded breakfast sandwich with the essence of meat, egg, and cheese, then okay. But that's not the case. I had to skip out on the cream cheese if I really wanted to go for a flavourful explosion. You might as way give me the container if I'm gonna be charged $1.99 for a smear of cream cheese. I know how to make lemonade but this last visit was the lemonade off of M.I.B, I had to locate sugar somewhere else. I did!!! What I ordered per the menu $6.99, plus .99 for ??? hidden charge not found on menu, plus the overpriced $1.99 cream cheese. Total was close to $30 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. If I'm gonna pay this for 2 items, they should come with a drink, courtesy bubbly atmosphere, and a great customer perk card for returnees. Hope this helps y'all.

There were flies crawling on the muffins and bagels. When I said something, the woman didn't say, or do anything except shake the baskets to get the flies to move. I didn't want anything after that, but my partner did order a bagel. As we were waiting, we watched the woman walking around with a tennis racket type fly swatter. Won't be going back.
I tried contacting the email and it couldn't be delivered.

I must say I am more disappointed w myself than I am with this establishment! And that is for returning. My order EVERYTIME is a sesame bagel w Swiss tomato and mayo not toasted. They have yet to deliver just that !! OMG IM DONE!
We ordered 4 bagel sandwiches to go. Every single one was wrong. The cashier even repeated the order to us. How do you mess us something so simple? I'll go elsewhere from now on.

My wife and kids frequent this location, its close to our house and the quality of the bagels are fresh.
I stopped in to pick up breakfast for the family. When I walked in with my son, there was no one at the counter however an employee was sitting at a table eating, maybe on break. After a few minutes of no acknowledgement at the counter I decided to use the order kiosk.
I chose the bagels with cream cheese option, selected multigrain and vegetable cream cheese. Also ordered an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese.
Got home and my wife was disappointed. We had multigrain slices of bread with cream cheese sandwiches instead, which she was extremely angry at me for. At least my bacon egg and cheese bagel seemed right. Until there were multiple broken eggshells found in it.
We go here fairly often, but we discussed getting breakfast somewhere else after this experience. The owner seems nice but some of the employees seem to lack attention to detail.

I thought at first it is a good place but whenever some problems happens the owner doesnt tryna solve and blame the workers. The workers are so nice and kind but owner is opposite. Dont come this place I dont recommend it!! It is also so expensive for just a bagel and a cream cheese.
