It is completely unacceptable to wait in a drive through on a regular basis at this location for half a hour for fast food and to then get cold fries as a result.

Mc Donalds has gotten expensive above Burger King and other fast food. They never send coupons. How many apps do you download before its enough? 🤣 it must be my age..

Receipts didn’t print on two different kiosks, no table markers for dine in, tables and chairs covered in crumbs, no trays for dine in, people yelling and cursing in back, missing a double cheeseburger (which were 3.99$ highest I’ve seen). When food was the last thing that could redeem this place, my spicy mccrispy has one spot of sauce and my cheeseburger was cold.

To start, it's McDonald's we all know what to expect. However, this place manages to disappoint every time on the drive through. It'll be months at a time before I forget why I avoid this particular location. They single-handedly have the worst drive through experience of any location nearby. If you want to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot this is the location for you. It's incredible how 9/10 you'll be told to wait in the parking lot. The other 1/10 is excessive waiting on the drive through.

Do yourself a favorite, avoid eating fast food. If you have to come here, go to another location. I'm using this own review as a monument to remind myself to not show up here again to disappointment myself.

I keep giving this location a chance based on convenience, but I’m done now. There is a 50/50 chance your order will be correct. Today I ordered 2 breakfast sandwich’s using their current special. Lo and behold my order was wrong, but it was correct on the screen during review. Rather than the worker try to correct the issue, they berated me by telling me I ordered wrong!! I order the same thing every time, no chance I ordered wrong. My last visit the sandwich’s were completely wrong, but didn’t realize until I had left, this is what prompted me to check at the window. This location is not worth the frustration, there are other local McDonanlds locations that have much better service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Terrible. If you work in food service industry maybe you shouldnt have a attitude with customer. Couldnt get my order right. Spend 16 dollars on a meal you would think itd have everything but no apprently cant read what i ordered.. Frys soggy like they sat in oil. The girl had a attitude and I couldnt even tell what she was saying. Why shes asking me what I ordered when theres a screen that clearly states what I ordered. Crazy never again. I dont write reviews ever I stay out of the way but this is completely wrong wasnt worth at all the money I spent. Not professional food sucked not even hot. Theres better places to go then this.

No stars for this food it just got nastier and nastier. The workers are super super slow and absolutely zero customer service. Just bad all round. I would hate to see them busy. They can’t cope when there’s no one in the store or in the drive thru. Just bad bad bad.

Come in waste 15 minutes to get an order that isn't right
Tried to call just now, somebody picked up and left it off the hook. You try to deal fairly with people, these are not people.
A district or regional manager needs to visit the store. I know it's hard to find people to work today, but the customer should not have to put up with this.
McDonald's spends millions of dollars on research and development. Then people do what they want to do instead of following directions.
I understand it was a busy time and the manager may not have had time to take a call. My time is valuable also.
I haven't been in a McDonald's since Covid started five years ago. I doubt it will ever happen again.
Clean up your act!

This is consistently the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I usually have to wait for my food in the the reserved spots for lukewarm food and they ask you to pull forward without ANY explanation or ETA. Tonight, we ran late for another commitment because we had no idea they were going to leave us sitting there for almost 10 minutes. What is supposed to be a quick stop to pick up food is never the case here. Pictures attached for time stamps. We just ended up going in and asking for a refund. Very disappointing and my daughter actually cried because we left with no food.
