Every single time I go here there is always something missing from the order, or it’s the wrong order, the most common one is no straws, no sauce for nuggets!!!
Don’t dare ask for no pickles because when you get home your sandwich will be just meat and bread or no meat!! This is the worst McDonald’s in this area! They mess up constantly! Makes me think they are incompetent and worse is the managers are obviously not up front babysitting their employees! They suck!

The drive through wasn't particularly busy(don't know how busy the dining area was)but they ran out of cooked ingredients and started sending cars to the waiting area. The waiting area got filled quickly. The overall wait for food wasn't too bad, and the food was what I expect from McDonald's. The receipt that they used to prove it was double checked for accuracy was cooked under the headlamp so food was definitely under there for a while.

Vegetarian options: I would tell a vegetarian to come here and tell them the burgers are vegetarian for fun

garbage run by garbage staff. i was waiting in the drive truck line on the left while the line on the right just kept taking orders and pulling cars through while i waited at the speaker box being ignored. i say "hello, anyone there?" and wait a few minutes, ask again, get no response, so i pull over and walked inside. then it was a shamble because i had a drive thru order but i came inside to pick it up. overall they had 10+ minutes to have my food prepared when i got there, yet it took 20 minutes of me waiting on property until i had my food. medium fry and a plain chicken sandwich. they need to fire the old ladies and get a properly working team.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through for my meal. Everything was cold. I ordered a large meal and was told they were out of large cups. And of course, the meal wasn't made properly. If there was a 0 star option I would have chosen it.
Never any sundaes was told there was nothing but sour milk in the machine! Where is the McDonald’s I knew and loved ? Its the generation I guess , nobody seams to care anymore it’s very sad , but it’s everywhere now , I really hope things changed I only went there because my wife’s Heath is not doing well and she wanted a hot fudge Sundae from McDonald she loves them , I would have driven miles to another store but probably with same results

This place has really gone downhill. I sat at the order box for 2 mins and no acknowledgement when I said hello I was rudely told I'll be with you shortly, placed an order, drove up to the window and again no acknowledgement. After 4 mins I drove away.this is not the first time this happened. Very disappointed

Great location and everything you'd expect from McDonald's. The deals offered through the app are great! I got 10 McNuggets for $1 through the app. Plenty of other deals in app going on. Great for saving money.

Had the worst experience ever, no customer service, the self order screens were all down, no manager on sight, the crew was focused on drive through only. It was mayhem. It took like 40 min to get 2 happy meals and a big Mac. So bad my kids got tired of the playground before the food arrived.
