Place is always understaffed and you wait for a long time to get your food. Always end up waiting from 5-10 or even more as I'm writing this right now waiting and cars are leaving. It would be worth it if the good was the best possible quality but it's mid since it is a McDonald's but still good. Even came back to edit my review because I waited over 20 minutes and canceled my mobile order and over 10+ cars had left before me and still are. They don't know what they're doing in there. If you're okay with waiting from 30+ minutes to an hour this is your place. All for $5 worth I waited for nothing. Wendys had a line too, but went by quick and got my fries. Ridiculous.

I went through the drive through. Over the speaker it was clear the girl was not at all thrilled to be there. When I got to the window where I paid,she was visibly annoyed. Screamed up to the front. I just looked at her in shock. She said “oh it’s not you honey”. As she was doing this,she was just holding my change. To top off my “lovely” experience, I got not a single napkin to wipe my greasy fingers. About 3:40pm August 14th 2025!

I really don’t understand how this McDonald’s stays in business. For over a year, the wait time for FAST FOOD is ridiculous through the drive-thru! And my order is never correct. Used to be a reliable location but not anymore.
Went to get breakfast at 10:25 am. Drive-thru was backed up, so I went in. The lunch menu was up on the kiosk, so I waited to talk to a human. No luck. 6 people behind the counter in the back. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes like I don't exist. Won't be going back here.

Brought my family and two little kids there for breakfast ordered through kiosk cause that what they said we had to do! And then cause I accidentally ordered the wrong thing for my kids I go up to ask them to change it. They start causing the scene with me after already waiting 45 minutes for the food mind you refuse to correct my mistake and only offered to refund me for food I accidentally ordered which was a big breakfast with steak when I was just trying to get the big breakfast with sausage but I’m the asshole because I was already pissed off for 45 minutes waiting there when I have two little toddlers waiting for food and they refused to correct the order. This is the worst run fast food chain ever.

Annoyed that it looks like an employee parks an orange Dodge in a way that blocks the front door entrance, requiring all guests to walk around this car to enter the business. There are plenty of open parking spaces.
There's always seems to be plenty of employees, but often have to wait in curbside for a drive through order of a big mac meal.
