Good spot. Never crazy busy. Always good

Staff seemed new. She didn’t know how to scan a QR code for rewards.

Service was great and as always so was the water ice.

Good atmosphere. For the most part the staff is very nice and friendly.

Parking: There's a small lot but always parking available. I've never been unable to get a parking spot and have been gong to this location for the last 10 years.

Not enough seating & parking area is hard to turn around in.

Parking: Very difficult to find parking unless you cross Lincoln Highway or park in the mud lot next door.

I love Gelati's. I was just at this establishment yesterday. I'm very happy about my items. I was a lil throw off by the girl who served me. Whenever I receive a tip, I'm always showing my appreciation, that's just how I am and how I was raised. My desert came out to like $10 and I gave her close to $5 for a tip, I got crickets, absolutely nothing, not a ty, a smile, just a cup that was only half full and if that's a large then the sm must be a bottle cap. It's not going to keep me from going back, but I was just shocked is all.

Frozen pumpkin coffee is delicious ? ?

This is a always very busy Rita’s for the area. So they are losing money when they hire incompetent workers. Which seems to be a Trend.We pulled up. Multiple cars are waiting. No one knows if the store is open. I walk up, I have to knock on the Window as the girl is watching TV. She barely wants to take my order.She said they don’t have kid cups and I needed to order a small or large for my kids.Then she asked my order 2 more times. (It was just chocolate custard)She then came back with the smallest amount of ice cream.I ordered a large cone for myself. She came back with a kids size cone.I honestly don’t care about getting less food.. helps me honestly. But it’s the fact that I paid for more I should get it.I didn’t say anything because it’s just a kid. I smiled and said have a nice day.But this sucks.On another note, I went at night one time when two girls were working and the service was great.So for that 3 stars and buyers beware.
