First the cashier wasn't happy about how long I was looking at the menu I wasn't even standing at the register. She looked at the other employee and shrugged her shoulders. We should have walk out at that time. There was no one else in the dinning room, But I guess I was taking to long. Then we asked for ketchup. The employee argued with us saying that the pump was full. Which it was but the pump was not working. She was upset that she had to walk over to change the pumps. So after we ate the food we went to throw away our trash and it was over following with trash. Maybe the employee should be cleaning the dining area instead of making people feel rushed to order.

Went for some lunch today and ordered a fish sandwich. Got home and saw they gave me the wrong order, a burger, but that’s ok! The fries were hot and delicious.

They have biscuits and gravy on the menu but they don't make it . Food was cold , hash browns were very over cooked , hard , couldn't even chew them so threw them away , no butter for the pancakes , scrambled eggs were runny.worse breakfast I have ever had , will never buy it again . they mess up every order , Forgets things in your order , drive thru is so slow even though there's no other customers there . Was so excited to get a Burger King in our town of pennsburg , Pa . Love Burger King BUT WILL NEVER go to this one again .

This Burger King always makes errors in their orders, without fail. You will be missing an item, have an incorrect item entirely - and don't bother trying to ask for cheese on one sandwich and not another, because it will get jumbled. On our most recent visit, we received onion rings that were stuck together (to the point of no longer looking like rings at all, and more akin to a science experiment). Aesthetics aren't a huge deal necessarily if the food tastes good - but these onion rings were all MUSHY! At this location, YMMV.

September 10 2025 roughly 1150 am When you walk in the establishment your immediately greeted with employees with a bad attitude. As more customers walk in the employees attitudes grow worse while bluntly blurting out there disgust that people are trying to order food. When I got my food it was missing half the ingredients that was ment to be on it. I would not recommend eating here. Burger King corporate should step in and try to fix things this is why your business is failing
Came here after McDonald’s and they didn’t refuse my service, great food enjoyable

I used to love this burger king. They always got my orders right bc I’m pretty specific about my burger but lately I’ve just been getting random scraps of food inside of it? It’s honestly kind of really gross. It happened last time I got burger king maybe about a week and a half ago and I just wrote it off as a one time thing but now I just got it again today as my little after dentist treat and it happened again. Not to mention I can’t even get a refund for it unless I go through the app which takes forever and you have to practically beg the person you’re emailing to give you an actual refund and not just a coupon.
