September 10 2025 roughly 1150 am When you walk in the establishment your immediately greeted with employees with a bad attitude. As more customers walk in the employees attitudes grow worse while bluntly blurting out there disgust that people are trying to order food. When I got my food it was missing half the ingredients that was ment to be on it. I would not recommend eating here. Burger King corporate should step in and try to fix things this is why your business is failing

I used to love this burger king. They always got my orders right bc I’m pretty specific about my burger but lately I’ve just been getting random scraps of food inside of it? It’s honestly kind of really gross. It happened last time I got burger king maybe about a week and a half ago and I just wrote it off as a one time thing but now I just got it again today as my little after dentist treat and it happened again. Not to mention I can’t even get a refund for it unless I go through the app which takes forever and you have to practically beg the person you’re emailing to give you an actual refund and not just a coupon.

Used Drive-Thru so I don't know what atmosphere was like
Waited for 45 minutes for a Whopper with cheese and a drink standing inside. I asked about my order several times to be told they're working on it.....

I have been through the drive thru twice in the past week. The employees are too busy with their stupid phones. The first time I asked for onion rings. I got fries. Today I asked for a Coke. I got a diet coke. The idiots need to pay attention. I saw them huddled around laughing and not paying attention. I'm done.

I went in To order a promotion on the app I wasn’t sure how to use it so the guy went back to ask the older lady about it and she was really nasty to me and was not very polite about it at all I won’t be back
