Waitress who works Tuesday evenings has a major attitude. Don’t know what her problem was. My family came in there to support a family business but we should’ve just stayed home. If someone is coming to give you business the least you can do is be nice. Avoid this place. Waitress treats people like trash

I grew up on this chain business. I just moved to the area & haven’t had good pizza until I came across Chiaro’s. You can tell the business is struggling which is crazy because it’s the best pizza in town. I’ll come here as often as I can

Don't go here. The only way this place is still open is because they're selling something other than pizza.

Pizza is just great. Soda on the other hand, always received expired sodas from 2-3 months ago.

sandwich was good but the pizza was bland. the other Chiaros is better so i recommend making the drive.

Honestly worse chiaro’s restaurant I been too food was kinda gross drinks were expired and garlic knots were cold and frozen also over charged me

Prices didn’t add up with my dinner amount.. $7.50 x 2, $6.00, $2.50 + tax somehow equaled $30.74? I just let it go as I won’t be back. Food was ok for frozen.. Not for us.

Went in on Wednesday 12/6/23 @ 4pm, and was told they were only takeout now. I asked if I could sit there for 5 minutes and wait for my granddaughter to arrive. They said no. Very poor representation of the friendly East Greenville neighborhood. Shameful. Will never be going back. Go to Chibi’s right up the street instead. You’ll be much happier. There was a woman behind the counter and a man sitting at a table. They told me to go wait in the Chinese restaurant. Can you imagine?!? Shameful. No excuse for this behavior.

Genuinely awful. Blistering hot on a breezy day, could have easily opened the door for airflow. We had planned on dining in but the heat was far too oppressive. Came in with my kids for slices and the staff acted annoyed and confused that we were ordering food. Just truly a confusing, disappointing experience among the other excellent businesses on Main Street. Something strange seems to be going on here. Avoid.

this was the worst food i have ever had please do not get this, when i saw the 2 pizzas for 19.99 i thought maybe this could be good oh boy was i wrong me and my friend puked up all of the pizza that we ate. it was terrible DO NOT GET

The green lane location is a horrible place. As if they don’t want your business at all. They are liars. They say one pride for pizza and charge extra. When you go to pick it up, they look mad at you. Very shady. This place need to be reviewed and get checked out by the authorities.

Food wasn't bad but it was a huge chore for them to give me marinara sauce. I got 2.5 ounces for 12 bread twist things. I was a little surprised seeing as they are supposed to come with marinara cups.Prices arent competitive and the place looks vacant all the time with quite a creepy vibe. I didnt have near as bad of an experience as some of these other people based on the overwhelming bad reviews but i may have simply gotten lucky. Optimistically speaking, id like to think they're changing how they do business and are possibly improving. But who knows.Don't think ill return unless they're the last pizza joint in town.
