Place run by teenagers which is not really good. Standing on their phones at the counter. They said their fryer was off so we didn’t get fries with the chicken baskets. And it was at 7pm so why was the fryer off. It was about $20 without the fries when the girl at the counter said it’d be cheaper. Clearly lied. Rather go to another DQ in the area that give money to this place.

As we pulled into the parking lot at 9:15 PM (they supposedly close at 10), we watched an employee run to the door and lock it before we could get in. So, we went through the drive thru, where they told us they were no longer serving food because the kitchen is closed (there is a sign on the door that claims the kitchen closes at 9:30). Why don’t they want customers? No wonder it’s always empty. Go to Wawa instead.

My milkshake had a peice of paper in it. Order took forever to come out. The drive-thru attendant was less than personable
None of the employees wear gloves, place is super dirty watched an employee make my Sunday touching everything with his bare hands and using the dirty counter top

Solid disappointment. I dont hate it, but you'll never leave happy either.Burgers are soulless flat patties with smushed buns and skimpy vegetables, my tomato was literally the end piece and had one aenemic piece of lettuce; milkshakes are more milk than shake with very little flavoring. Even if you ask for them to thicken it up, you'll have to ask 3 or 4 times. Its not foul, but in a town where $15 gets you a great burger and shake from anywhere else, you have to wonder why you didnt just stop to eat.

Kids in the dining room stacking tables upon tables, sitting on tables, waiting for tables to fall. Swearing ?. Management (or what looked the closest thing to it) was wearing a spaghetti strap tank top with her belly hanging out. Looked like all kids working. Waitied 25 minutes for an order of fries, then we're told "I made that order". I asked to be refunded and the girl said she didn't know how to refund a credit card. I told her that cash would be fine. She said she couldn't because her register would be short. Lol. (You'll already got my credit card money). She said, in a smart voice, "Well, you'll have to wait." I said, "I've already been waiting, you need to figure it out." She walked to the back (I imagine to call the manager, who left) before she came back out to figure the refund process. I told her that if she knew how to do the refund in the cash register that I could show her how to do it to the credit card machine (I've used many before) but she snipped back with "I'm figuring it out!" Then asked me how much I was getting back. Lol. She had my receipt in her hand. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere. Poor management.

This is the WORST DQ I ever been to.Ordered chicken fingers an fries. The fries were ice cold an the chicken fingers were horrible.$10 down the toilet. Food went right in the garbage. The service sucked also. Is this place run by teenagers? Cause I never see an adult there ever. Maybe if they paid more attention to there job an less screwing around an being on phone the food might be hot.WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.
