I believe it is a health violation nightmare. Kids working with long hair. The one kid dropped plastic ware on the floor and still put it with the utensils that customers will be getting. The whole time we were waiting for our ice cream, there was obnoxious young teens messing with their friend that worked there and cursing up a storm. And also blocking the one entrance/exit. There were elderly customers present, as well as kids. Very unprofessional. There needs to be an actual adult present as a manager at this place.

Friendly staff but you got kids in teen ages sitting on top of tables cursing saying racial slurs to each other on New Year’s Day while we sit here with our ten year old daughter. I’m assuming workers friends. Take care of all these kids already hanging out inside causing mayhem inside. Second time 8/1/25

I felt like I stepped back into the 1980s and the service was terrible. There were no customers in front of me and we didn’t get waited on for 10 minutes. After waiting, I finally got my order and it was incorrect.

Coming here for DoorDash, the teens that work here are nice enough and it’s fine for them to joke around, but they can’t just go to work not wearing their uniforms! The restaurant feels like a cave or mine when you walk in, the lighting is very dim. They also have extremely outdated technology, the registers are old like out of the 70’s, the screen showing orders is old, looks like a computer from the 80’s or 90’s, and that’s why there’s a sign on the door saying you can’t use the DQ app here. Just abysmal, it’s 2025, get with the program on the technology. Place could just use a bit more professionalism and a MAJOR REVAMP on its POS systems.
Me and a few of my friends had gone to see a movie and went to this Dairy Queen at 9:25 PM. We were let in the lobby and I ordered a cotton candy blizzard, giving the employee a twenty. He asked if I was okay with no change (14$ was owed to me), and of course I said no. It took roughly five minutes for me to get my change, and I waited 15 minutes for my order. I received my order and asked the employee what flavor it was; he told me confetti. I said “ I’m sorry, this isn’t what I ordered, could you possibly remake it?” The employee, Jesse, proceeded to tell me “bro, just get out.” I asked if he was serious and he said “shi bro I’ll just give you free Dairy Queen next time you come in”. Will never be going back to this Dairy Queen, also considered my blizzard wasn’t blended and was just plain vanilla with a few chunks of cake on top. Terrible service and terrible food.
