The quality of the food has went down unfortunately. Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and would frequent daily on my way to work but after so many inconsistencies I gave up and started going to Wawa every morning for coffee. Today I was craving a Blueberry muffin and stopped by Dunkin only to be given what looks like a burnt half of muffin. It was hard and I threw it away. Definitely have to get better on quality and hope not to continue to lose customers.

Well I learned my lesson to never walk in and order. Look, I understand being busy but they acted like I wasn’t even there and when I asked questions they were rude. Honestly they just have no customer service. If you don’t like your job or dealing with customers then get a new job.

This is the worst experience I have personally ever experienced from this Dunkin. When we pull up to the drivethru, the lady was extremely rude. The drivethru being right next to a main street so it is super loud when a truck goes by. She went “WHAT?”. I mean what kind of service is this?
We ordered the $6 meal deal with a croissant sandwich. When we got home, we got 3 bags of saggy tots in it. Not only that, when we pulled up to the window, she was slamming the coffee and the food on the counter like she’s upset at something.
If you’re the employee that worked there and saw this - I sincerely apologize for how you feel. I apologize if something that I did was inadvertently upset you.

I really wanted to give a good review but the coffee wasn’t coffee, it was pretty much water with cream. Not sure what happened but I do not recommend the iced coffee here which is unfortunate because our barista was so nice :(

Really getting tired of watered down coffee from dunkin' donuts stores and this is no exception. Either they are making cutbacks to try and cut costs, or the machines are out of calibration. With what coffee goes for these days this is unacceptable.
