Drive through staff is usually real nice. But there’s this one girl who is always so rude and short with customers. It’s pretty mind blowing. If she was nicer this would probably be a 5 star review. But she is always working and I’ve never had a good experience working with her. It’s literally a 2 min experience and every time she ruins it. Pathetic.

This is my local Dunkin Dounut's and unfortunately its by far the worst one. It's privately owned. I recently visited just before work and order a small mocha iced latte. I was desperate and need a coffee before I didn't sleep well and I was going into a 12 hour shift. I also called corporate and was told that I would receive a call back from the store owned but I never did. My coffee was warm, and almost had zero ice in it and was foaming/curddle. It was absolutely disgusting. I drank it fast because I needed a pick me up and I regret it. For every one good coffee you get there's 4+ terrible one to follow. It's your typical store ran by teens who don't care.

The Pennsburg location constantly gets my order wrong. Today when I ordered a dozen donuts, I requested certain donuts for the dozen. At no point did they tell me that they were out of the donuts that I wanted. After paying, they handed me the donuts. When I looked at it, not a single donut that I asked for was in the box. They gave me a bunch of random ones that my kids won’t eat. What’s the point in asking people what kind of donuts they want if they are just going to put whatever they want in it anyways. If they would’ve told me from the start that they didn’t have the donuts that I wanted, I would’ve just canceled the order from the start

Came in for one donut. $1.39 total. Had a sign directing the customer to use the kiosk. Took way longer than necessary to do a simple order. Also selection is very limited for donuts but I'm sure that a corporate decision.

After picking up the order, we found that only 1 of 2 sandwiches were in the bag. The lone egg sandwich was cold. Called the location and was told that they can only fix the order if you come back (too late). They also could not do a refund and that I have to call the 800 number on the mobile app. Cold Food. Poor Service.

I love Dunkin BUT…. I always go there in a good mood and they are always rude. I get people have bad days but at least try to be nice to the folk who KEEP YALL IN BUSINESS…. I either get extra stuff I ain’t order or the order is wrong. It takes two seconds to LISTEN TO AN ORDER. If yall wanna QUICK then be QUICK but ACCURATE. Trust me no one wants to work but we work to keep a roof over our families heads. The LEAST YALL can do is be kind for two SECONDS to serve the community their drinks and food.

This place is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! They are extremely overpriced and they give you your food smashed into a tiny bag, they charged me over $30 for 4 wraps and some hash browns, the hash browns were smashed to the point were you couldn’t pick them up they were stuck to the wrapper. The customer service is terrible the lady at the window is extremely rude, they don’t do anything to fix the complaints they just give you attitude because you’re not happy paying $30 for garbage. Ignorant and over charge you all the time, ask for a receipt and watch the attitude you get in return. Save your money and go somewhere else your gonna hate your experience at this place, a bunch of idiot kids and ignorant grown ups, much like the current administration lol

I have been to Dunkin all over the country in the last few months. The doughnuts at this store are complete trash! Stale! And obviously frozen. Service has gotten better but the owner should be ashamed of the quality of droughts, and I am notifying corporate...

I have had an okay experience with this location. The workers are mostly nice, but they're always having difficulty with the food and drink items. Upon multiple occasions they give me (and many of my peers) the wrong order and upon confrontation we receive an argument. I have no issue with getting the wrong order once or twice, but it is every single time at this point. They seem to especially get the specialty coffees wrong. When the picture on the menu may have whipped cream and a caramel drizzle on the top, and you ask that it be the same as the picture (something I note I don't need to do with other locations), you still get just iced coffee that looks nothing like the picture and has no whipped cream or anything of the specialty coffee. I understand that working in the fast food industry is difficult, but when I'm paying for an order that's messed up every time and I get an argument for asking them to redo a drink because it is wrong(or even being told off for not specifying to have whipped cream or something, even though it changes nothing), it gets increasingly frustrating.

Rude rude rude. No one called out numbers
They closed down the register making you use kisok. No smiles No good morning's. Would it hurt ya to act human and nice. Your in a customer service job. What is this world coming to?
