Have been going to pizza como since before they moved across to the new spot. My last visit we were seated, and then a server never came. I even asked if someone was coming they said ya be right with you. Waited 30 mins and nobody came, so we walked out. This time I was waiting by the please wait to be seated sign. A hostess never came out to seat us. There was 4 tables being used with what appeared 3 waitresses. The owner looked over at us, and went upon his business, servers looked at us, went upon their business, a person cleaning tables looked, and went their way. It was like every person that looked at us said "not my job". My family would all get together and go here, and we enjoyed it. But the past 2 trips I felt like they didn't give a shit about the customer. Won't be coming back, going to Toscos where they take our order.

Update 2024: We went there on a slow Wednesday night, no one else in the dining area all night and the service was Terrible!!! 2 waitresses sitting nearby, just miserable and not helpful. The bar area was a little loud, otherwise the one bartender that usually tends all the tables there is amazing so we normally go there for half decent service. I’ve NEVER had good service in the dining area in 18 years!!!!!
Update 2022 - It’s hit or miss with service here. Food is a little pricey for the quality. Great beer selection and cool atmosphere.
Update 2019 - Service in the restaurant section is still slow and bad, no matter how many ladies they have working that section. 5 ladies working, only one table of patrons, yet still takes 10-15 minutes to get a drink or service. But when we sit in the bar area, the one lady who handled the tables near there is great, she’s responsive, quick and does a great job. The one guy we get occasionally is awesome as well. The bartenders are always great. Food is good, beers are good, lots of TVs and weekend entertainment. Lots of loud bass in the neighborhood after hours.
Update-2017 - The restaurant service is still slow, it’s much better to sit at a table in the bar area. Beer selection keeps getting better and the food has improved.
Update-2016 - This place has a very good tap selection, good drink and food specials and has a large menu selection of food. The burgers are excellent. Service is still sub par, the dining hall is slower than the bar area.
UPDATE-03/30/2014 - In the past few months we decided to give this place another shot. The food is much better, the pizza is good, prices are decent and the staff there was great, service is still slow.
UPDATE-11/17/09 - Tried their pizza again and it's not too bad, but very salty.
2001-2008 - Ok, we live right behind PC Como and the 4 times in 2 years we ordered food for pickup was lousy. 1 skimpy slice of meat on hoagies, cheesesteaks burnt/dried, soggy fries and onion rings, everything was overcooked. They even managed to screw up the pizza with cheap cheese, soggy drippy crust and watery sauce. 5 years ago when they were in the adjacent building the food was just as lousy. They served me slightly raw hot wings with pink meat and some blood on the bones. I sent them back and the chef came out and gave me a hard time, said they’re suppose to be like that. The manager then gave me an even tougher time. Terrible!!

Got the buffalo chicken cheesesteak- if you want cheese other than the blue cheese that is in the sauce (I guess?) ya better ask! Very buffalo saucy, wet- will likely use a fork.
Wings were underdone, had a steak special why not try it? Absolutely terrible shoe leather! They nickel and dime you, charge extra for sauce, charge a service fee for CC and they charge you for food we never received! Waitress never came back to follow up. First time back in years, will not return!

We walked in there were three of us sat at the bar got menus. The bartender did not ask us if we wanted anything to drink and then proceeded to wait on everybody else in a line that was coming from the restaurant to get drinks and we were there first. We walked out horrible customer service.
My family & I went for dinner. When We received the. Check i noticed 2 entees were $3.00 more than listed on .menu. The waitress said she could do nothing about it. At the bottom of menu it list prices subject to change. But 3.00? It's a shame the owner is that cheap that he can not have new menus or notify the waitress to tell the customer before they order. Watch out when ordering

The menu says in small fine print “price subject to change.” The server does not disclose that the price is marked up 4-5 dollars more per meal than what the menu says. Not bad food, but misleading. If new menus do not want to be printed, then the server should tell people when ordering the food.
