It was my birthday and wanted to spend a little time doing some wine, tastings and Pennsylvania.Had heard about Bishop estate Vineyard and winery and was excited to visit.Hands-down, one of the best experiences at a winery I have ever had. And I’ve been to Napa!Lisa and Lucas were outstanding hosts. They treated us like we were old friends.The property is exquisite. Incredible vision has gone into designing every detail of this place.I wish I lived closer because this would be a weekend hang.Kudos to owners, Kevin and Cindy! You have created a special place here!

My wife and I enjoyed our visit and wine flights. You can stand at the bar and do tastings and/or order flights or glasses or bottles at the bar, then take them to a table to enjoy. They have pre-made snack-style food there, or you can bring in your own food. They also have food trucks on certain days. There's also a gift shop.

Place is really nice and wines are good. But i did have an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. We had 12 people coming to hang out and drink some wine, so we called ahead to see if we could reserve a table. We were told they can't reserve a table but we can reserve wine tastings. So we told them 10 people which they required a 50% deposit. Well when we all showed about three people didn't want to do the tasting but instead had beer and glasses of wine. At the end of the tasting they still required us to pay 50% of the three people that decided not to do the tasting. Also I am not sure why they charged us $10 per wine tasting when the website & the sheet you get at the winery says $8. When you purchase a glass of wine they charge you $2 for the wine glass, which we were told was refunded when you bring the glass back, but the person I was with said they charged the $2 again after they got another glass of wine. This unfortunately ruined the experience for me. Just be careful

Everyone was very nice, both me and my fiancé truly enjoyed the wine tasting! Ended up purchasing 6 bottles of wine, each and every one of them is very unique and delicious!
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and fantastic wine- whether you like sweet or dry! Highly recommend!

The Bishop Family is warm and inviting. There's many varieties of wine to choose from. They also have a selection of local beers for those who don't drink wine. Outside food is welcome, but no outside alcohol. Food Trucks are available on weekends. There are fire tables for both inside and outside seating year round. They also have live music. It's a great night out.

They charge $2 per glass, in addition to the cost of your wine, that you need to have refunded afterward. It took 15 minutes to get served and then another 15 minutes to return the glasses for a refund. I got a sampler, they charge you a $15 dollar deposit for the glasses and a rusty bucket they put it in (again, you need to get a refund afterward if you are willing to wait in line). Tried 3 wines their Cabernet Sauvignon is pink and it tasted like chemicals. The other wine was sour. One was drinkable but not very good. I don't understand the positive reviews on here.
