Castillo's Restaurant & Pizza Pub

I loved everything about this place, but my own meal. Was there with a larger party so I got to see and try a lot. Everything was delicious except the Chicken and Scallops Marsala. Chicken was prepared differently, left thick and almost seemed boiled, though I’m sure it wasn’t. Marsala cream
Sauce lacked Marsala flavor and the scallops tasted overwhelmingly like ammonia. Let’s just say I won’t be ordering scallops for a long long time. But with all that said, I would definitely go back, just don’t order that dish unless you need your sinuses cleared!

The CB West Mensa Club has been meeting at Castillo's in Perkasie and the experience has been exceptional! It’s a wonderful place for small groups, couples, and individuals who just want to sit at the bar. The atmosphere, service, and food are all fantastic!

It is a very rare that I write a restaurant review in which the food is not the main topic. However, it was our server, Kate, who made our experience at Castillo's such a positive one. Kate was attentive, informed and friendly throughout our meal, and myself and my friend were so impressed with her, that we have been telling other people about it all day. In this era of mediocre service it was such a pleasure to find someone like her, and I hope that the owners of Castillo's appreciate what she does for them and their business.

I guess I can't just use to the word 'Yuck' to define the food. 30 minute wait for a server. another 20 minutes to get drinks and order.. another 45 minutes for our food. When we complain I was told the kitchen was backed up. (THERE where like 4 people in the building) When the food did arrive it was under cooked and over seasoned. Ordered a medium well burger which came out RARE. Did they cook a new burger? Nope, just tossed the set back on the grill and came out burnt. I truly miss Hawkeyes!

My husband and I have been wanting to try Castillo’s for a while but haven’t had the chance until today. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and we both loved the decor. The staff was super friendly and our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. The meatball appetizer was amazing! I know other restaurants claim to make theirs in-house but these actually tasted homemade. The pizza was great too and my husband enjoyed his wrap. We will definitely be back!

Liars. Burratta burger didn't have Burratta cheese. False advertising. It waa plain mozzarella. Should demand my $18 back.

Cheesesteak egg rolls were great. $10 for a small/medium sized caesar salad is a bit expensive. My server made me feel like I was burdening her at times. I’ll continue to dine here though because of the food.
