Dairy Queen (Treat)

Love it great service

I placed an online pickup order and drove to DQ during there regular hours. We are a 30 min drive from this dq and were in the area for dinner so we wanted a nice treat. Here to find out they aren't open and the road to get into the parking lot is closed off, with nobody answering the phones.

Google and the dq app said the store location was still OPEN.

Very disappointed in this location, waiting for our money back & rewards that we used. Left a very angry voicemail.

At least if your going to close early state that.

I had went to DQ last night for a blizzard in the drive thru, and on the sign when ordering next to the Blizzard section it says served upside down or next is free or on us or whatever, so I was like hm okay, i pull around to the window and the lady handed me the blizzard normally so I was like "so how do I get the next blizzard because it wasn't served upside down", and she didn't say a word and just pointed to a tiny sticker on the window I couldn't make out, and I asked what, and she said with such an attitude that "we don't do that" and I responded by saying "okay, but why does it say it back where I ordered, that it's served upside down, if that's not the case why not have that removed" and with more attitude she said, "we don't do that" and I prefaced saying "why not remove it from back there" (there being the drive thru signs" and she said with still more attitude "I'll be sure to pass that along" I said "okay have a good night" and she ignored me and slammed the window shut, I'm appalled by the disrespect from a simple question

Just stopped here with my daughter for dessert and service tonight was incredible. The girls working were kind, helpful, and efficient. I got some of the fastest and best blizzards ever! I hope to see more of these hard working young people.

Nice setting for a DQ.
Seems to be managed well.
The young people who prepare the treats and serve are diligent, seem to be well instructed and trained.

My one son, gets weekly, the lemon-lime slushies. They are great frozen too. And let's not forget the pup cups for the dog. The burgers, grilled cheese and chicken are great; along with the friendly service. Everyone is very welcoming,

People are nice but they are very skimpy when it comes to toppings. My strawberry dipped chocolate blizzard had so few strawberries in it, it wasn't even pink through the whole blizzard.

Nice kids working there. After baseball games it's a great place to go with the kids and enjoy treats.

Tonight I went to get a milkshake paid 5.50 for it and it wasn't even full all the way I paid 5.50 for what and the girl there had an attitude to her I will never be going back there again
