Why is everyone so miserable at this store? I hate going in here, I drive to the Souderton one instead, everyone there is nice and fast

Absolutely appalling service. I bought a hot coffee and as it was being handed to me in the drive thru, I discovered the lid wasn't secure. Ended up with hot coffee on my hand and in my car. The person at the window offered a half-hearted apology and then just disappeared. Had to ask her a second time to give us napkins to clean up the coffee spill she caused. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

after getting our drinks, went to pull away and an indian women, one of the workers, flipped us off when leaving the parking lot because we for a split second didn’t see her crossing, mind you she was on her phone as well. i wasn’t going to leave a bad review previous times when the exact women messed my drink up on multiple occasions but now being flipped off in her work uniform kinda did me over.

I always order the bacon topped avocado toast and 9/10 times it’s not topped with bacon, which you also have to pay extra for. This past time I had to wait over 10 minutes for 5 items that we had placed an order for AT LEAST 5 minutes prior for drive thru. My boyfriend’s sandwich was the entire wrong one, down to the flavor of the bacon. From what he’s said, and I’ve experienced for myself, it’s usually the same worker/set of workers giving us these issues. Probably the worst location around me.

Generally I order at the kiosk, but for some reason it wasn't taking my app coupon so I figured I would just order at the register. Not a problem, technical difficulties happen. 4 or 5 people were working. No one in front of me waiting for an order. No other people inside. 1 person in drive thru waiting. I watched every worker look at me and just not say anything. There was no sign at the counter saying they weren't taking orders there. The one girl was wiping the counter, looked at me then just kept cleaning. I said excuse me nicely despite being ignored. The older gentlemen who I assume is the manager looked at me and said nothing as well... so I left. Extremely weird and offputting. Like id understand if you guys were swamped, but you weren't. Please tell me where I went wrong. Did I miss something?

Every time I come here and get a sweet black pepper bacon croissant sandwich there’s like 1 piece of bacon on it and my drink is all ice even though I ordered less ice. I only stop here because it’s right down the street from my house but I’d rather drive to a further Dunkin to actually get what I asked/paid for

For months now, the food has only gotten worse. I can no longer go here. I can tell, they are not cleaning their stations at all. I order a toasted bagel and I can taste the bacon on it! The food has made me feel sick and I cannot put my body through that, it would be a dumb move on my part. Clean your kitchen, please
Worst dunkin ever. They only pay attention to the drive through if you go inside they will ignore you and not take your order I was waiting at the counter for 10 mins while workers walked by and made eye contact with me and just got ignored so I left. This has happened multiple times.

Absolutely disappointed in whoever owns this franchise. They do not participate in any events honoring our local heroes. No participation during nurses week, where there are commercials promoting free coffee for nurses. Hope they never need medical assistance, which is ironic because they are the closest dunkin to our hospital.

My daughter accidentally spilled her drink; I didn’t want them to have to clean but they not only cleaned it up but made her a new one! Why we only use this dunkin. The hometown feel is unbeatable!

The past two times I’ve been there the lids of my coffee cups have popped off while just carrying them from my car into the house. Either they are not putting the lids on securely, or the coffee machine temp is set way too high. I realize accidents happen, but I carry them from the base of the cup and this has happened twice now. Both times resulted in a huge mess to clean up getting burned by piping hot coffee.
