Awful service from the man who was making the food. He was extraordinarily rude to the other young ladies working with him, he was rude to me as I picked up my food and made me and the workers uncomfortable with a remark he made about the young lady who works there. I am an every day customer and will never be back after this.

This location always kind of sucks but today at 9am on a Saturday they have a cardboard sign that says “no drive thru staff, mobile order pick up only”. Planning on going to other nearby stores instead every time now.

Learn how to acknowledge customers that come into the store instead of prioritizing drive through orders. What should’ve been 1 minute of handing me my order or even just helping, took over 10. One of the workers saw me but instead of helping or even asking what I needed, she just put donuts in boxes. I get when its short staffed its a longer wait time but you can at least acknowledge customers that walk in instead of acting like they are just another issue for you.

I usually do not have an issue with this location. However, today I skipped the drive-through as it appeared to seem very backed up. So I went in and ordered from the kiosk, which usually is a lot faster. I waited 20 minutes for a large hot coffee with extra cream, extra sugar. The only reason I got my order was because I spoke up and said some thing to one of the girls who worked there. Turns out my coffee had been sitting on the counter by the drive-through window, ready to go for at least 15 minutes, and no one was able to turn around and put it on the right counter so I could grab it. You could see the girls working were in no rush and did not care.

The manager is very rude I stood in line for 15 minutes and she told me to wait that there was a lot of cars in the driveway but there was only 1 car. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked to be helped again and started talking in her language laughing with the others. Also a new girl that started working there has been racist towards mixed races and give awful attitude she should be fired she has this nasty attitude doesn't say your welcome or nothing. She give you the stuff and walks away with an attitude. I'm about to call someone on the manager there and about the disrespectful girl. The food has been burnt recently and my drinks have been getting messed up recently.

I tried to be pleasant, but she was shaking her head as she thrust my coffee out at me then grunted when I said, thank you. Yes grunted. I think I’m done at this location. ☹️
