I never thought I would find such an outstanding dining experience in Perkasie PA. First the service. There were only 2 seats open during our seating, yet the staff managed the service flawlessly while being friendly and considerate through the entire meal. Each course arrived hot and all 4 of our party were served at the same time The food was unbelievably good. Well prepared, seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. The menu was creative and varied while the portions sizes were spot on for a multi course meal. In fact we were running out of room by desert. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable. My wife and I had just been at a tasting menu in NYC at a well regarded establishment, paid twice the amount for a meal that couldn't hold a candle to our experience at Maize.

My husband and I went here for our Anniversary. Our experience was incredible from start to finish. It is such a cute, quaint intimate place. Our service and food was impeccable by Matt, Breanna, MJ and Austin. Everything we had was spectacular not only the presentation but the freshness and the flavor of the ingredients was delicious. If you want a unique and amazing night out do not hesitate to go here!

We went for my birthday dinner mid-June. I had heard nothing but rave reviews from several friends. I am a cook, and admittedly difficult when I eat out. First of all it was packed and extremely noisy. We had a very loud table next to us, unfortunately. We did the tasting menu with wines for this special dinner. I have to admit that the quality of the food was outstanding, with tremendous effort and attention to the food, but absolutely nothing that night wowed us. I know that the menu changes regularly so it might have been just the selection that night, but not one dish had those really exciting flavors i look for when I eat out. The sauces lacked herbs or just that special punch. Everything was very good. Nothing was exceptional, except for the quality, but i cook that same quality local meats and fresh vegetables regularly at home. The scone at the beginning was delightful, but I didn’t want to fill up on bread with this big dinner coming. The popcorn had almost no flavor. The bison was very tender. The fish was cooked perfectly but nothing had any special, memorable flavors. The service was excellent. Everyone tried very hard but it unfortunately fell short for me.
We had an absolutely delicious meal and a great experience for our 40th anniversary. Every dish was prepared with such care it was easy to see the amount of time and energy that went into it. Really an amazing experience and we highly recommend. At the end of our meal we were given a lovely card thanking us for coming in and trusting them with such a special occasion!

We picked Maize for dinner after our backyard wedding. It was just us and our children and it did not disappoint!! The staff are all so personable and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious! They really go above and beyond with special touches including a beautiful wedding cake made just for us and a Congrats card signed by everyone. We are so glad that we had our special night at Maize and will continue to return. Do not think twice. Go and enjoy!
