I hate how when I was in the drive thru whoever took my order kept cutting me off mid sentence when I was trying to order. I was half tempted to ask them to stop talking so I could finish my order. Then ended up getting my order wrong anyways bc they obviously didn’t listen bc they kept talking over me!! So annoying! Probably won’t come back if that continues, it’s just bad customer service.

I went to McDonald’s today and got large fries when I received the fries and opened them, this is helpful. They were very disappointed. Would not recommend going there.

I called them to ask why they do not verify with DoorDash drivers to make sure the order is being given to the right person. They got defensive. All I kept asking nicely was can I please talk to someone who’s in charge to figure out why my order from two hours ago someone stole and then now I have to go to DoorDash for a refund. When it was not even DoorDash‘s fault or my own fault. It’s the place’s fault for not watching the food. And when I asked to speak to someone in charge, they gave me the manager and he was not listening to me so then I asked for someone who was above him him and he told me I needed to speak nicely with him. My exact words were, “Can I please speak to someone above you thank you very much.” I never said a bad word to him, never yelled at him. I just asked nicely and they hung up on me. I also have the entire interaction recorded.

Chicken Chewy and rubbery. Doesn't taste like real chicken. Also they put the fries in my takeout bag upside down.... Fries everywhere in the bag EXCEPT in the carton they were supposed to come in. Who does that and why????

Even though they got my order wrong, I should have checked the bag before leaving. Can't say much about their fries. But when they do come out fresh, they're good. You should really ask for fresh fries. The management will always help you out. If there's a problem, no questions asked

New owners. Still working out the bugs as how to run a McDonald's. The drive through is good 90% of the time, but that 10% is frustrating.
This goes for all McDonald's locations. Whoever designed the parking lot needs to be fired. Why are all the parking spots for the customers that eat inside all near the drive through forcing people to walk through the drive through traffic to be able to come in and all the other spots near the front doors are only for online or mobile orders? It doesn't make sense at all and puts your customers at risk of being hit by vehicles trying to come inside.

Questioning if employees are taking receipts for other purposes…. Every time I pull up to the first window there is either no one there or they scurry and act as if they didn’t realize I wanted a receipt, and then they act as if giving me one is a problem. I scan my receipts on several different cashback apps and today I went to scan one not even 30 minutes after leaving and the app said someone else has scanned my receipt. I went into my history to see if I just happened to scan it twice and nope. Then I happen to look at the top of the receipt and see *****DUPLICATE***** ….. cause that’s not weird at all….. will be contacting corporate

Fast service and great staff. The big breakfast was delicious, and the double cheese burger was fresh. I will recommend it 👌 to anyone.
