New owners. Still working out the bugs as how to run a McDonald's. The drive through is good 90% of the time, but that 10% is frustrating.

This goes for all McDonald's locations. Whoever designed the parking lot needs to be fired. Why are all the parking spots for the customers that eat inside all near the drive through forcing people to walk through the drive through traffic to be able to come in and all the other spots near the front doors are only for online or mobile orders? It doesn't make sense at all and puts your customers at risk of being hit by vehicles trying to come inside.

Questioning if employees are taking receipts for other purposes…. Every time I pull up to the first window there is either no one there or they scurry and act as if they didn’t realize I wanted a receipt, and then they act as if giving me one is a problem. I scan my receipts on several different cashback apps and today I went to scan one not even 30 minutes after leaving and the app said someone else has scanned my receipt. I went into my history to see if I just happened to scan it twice and nope. Then I happen to look at the top of the receipt and see *****DUPLICATE***** ….. cause that’s not weird at all….. will be contacting corporate

Employees are usually outgoing and very polite, if you take time though to go inside it is clean and very well put together

The people in the drive through are rude. They don’t give you time for your code to load. When I tried to order something else they told me have a good day. I asked for there manager or customer service number they refused

The other day, my husband ordered a Medium Shamrock Shake for me. When I received it, it wasn't mixed all the way and honestly tasted horrible. I felt horrible that I complained about it, but a lady named Melissa, fixed it and gave me a large instead. Thank you so much Melissa!!! 🥰💯❤️

I am going to be late for work because the coffee they has was iced cold I am going to be late for work I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay for it because the coffee was cold and I had to wait for it to be made horrible service

Is there any movie worse than the phantom menace? There is. Mr. Manny wanted a burger, not a pile of ingredients. Freaky Frank was disappointed too, as they didn’t even film how bad this place was.

A simple good morning goes a long way... All staff is very polite every time I stop there. A pleasure to deal with which is rare with McDonald's in the area. Food is also prepared well.
