Today I ordered a hoagie that I generally do. The older man who took my order was obnoxious when I asked for extra cheese. Stating he would charge me more for the minimal scoop he had put on. I was a frequent customer until today! I will drive to another location before I return. I’m glad you business is booming. This was at the Perkasie location

I ordered online, it stated it was going to be ready in twenty five minutes. I got there on time and my app said it was ready. However they didn’t even start making it yet. Why would the app say it’s ready and why wasn’t my order being made during the 25 minute timer?? I waited another 10-15 minutes as they made my order. The people were very kind, but the food was late.

I’m reporting this because the employee that works and make sandwiches at this location. He is handing out gift cards to customers after they order, but there is nothing on the gift cards so when you go and use the gift cards, he says they’re empty. And then pretend that he didn’t hand them out to you in the store. And acts like you don’t even know what you’re talking about. He makes you look crazy.Make sure when you get gift cards that he activated them. Ask him how much is on the gift card…
