My Mother-in-law, my partner, my two kids, and I ate at The Perk last night for dinner. It was a difficult and emotional night for us because we drove a distance to come say goodbye to a loved one in hospice care. Because we were scattered, we forgot to bring along my son's headphones. The food and beverages are always good. My favorite cocktail is the lemon drop martini. I have yet to be disappointed. The place is always busy which is a good thing because it means people love the place. The downside is that is is loud. With the open space and hardwood floors for some reason make it so much louder than other places. It was loud and crowded took almost an hour for table and almost an hour for dinner to come out. The server kept checking in with us . Was not her fault the kitchen was slow or backed up
