I just ordered a cheesesteak from them and it was one of the best I ever had. I did order double meat and fried onions and hot peppers but it was excellent! AAA+++

Went to the old place, pizza was ok. Tried the new place when it opened, pizza was terrible - overcooked yet cold. Thought we would try again a year later now that the brew pub is open. Nothing changed, pizza even worse, if that is even possible. It was like eating cold cardboard similar to eating a red baron frozen pizza. Got the 19.99 pizza special and wings and somehow the total was $44?!?! Save yourself money and don’t go here.

It's Friday night and we're starving. Always forget about this place. We were pleasantly surprised at the good food. Boneless wings, reminded us of Popeyes, great. We had a Buffalo chicken quesadilla, which could have been a tad crispier, that's what we like, but it was still good and a cheese steak hoagie which was delicious!! Service was great. When is the liquor coming? 😄

Wonderful service friendly food was goooooood definitely recommend and the price was reasonable ????

Messed up my delivery order dozens, DOZENS, of times now, I wouldn't have even ordered from them if they weren't the only place that delivers in this area because there hasnt been one single time theyve gotten my order correct.. I am a patient person and it took me 2 years to do something about being ripped off by this business. I finally speak up about it and the MANAGER SHOWS UP TO MY HOUSE reeking, disheveled, eyes bloodshot red, speech slow, stumbling around my lawn, seemingly BEYOND DRUNK but I didn't want to assume anything. Here I just found out they recently put in a bar so surely I assumed correct. I come to my door which has already been opened and this guy has the nerve to tell me they won't deliver to me anymore!?!? What's his reasoning? They were under paid ONCE!!! By just a few dollars!!!! Because they didn't bring change for a $20, like I asked!!! The driver said it was "ok, don't worry about it" and yet I still paid them back the very next delivery. After countless orders they messed up, the ONE time I speak up about it, he wants to refuse service!? WOW!!! The audacity. They're food is over priced, the menu is set up in a way that forces you to pay extra money for food, the counter girl is slow and incompetent, and (I hope to God I'm wrong but) the manager seemingly put lives in danger by driving around drunk just to tell me something he could have said over the phone!!!!🤯🤯🤯 I can't say for sure but his behavior was EXTREMELY concerning so we'll see what the BBB has to say.

after 4 awful delivery experiences In a row.. months apart..never ever place a delivery order here. I live 7 min away and every single one of those delivery orders i have had to call multiple times to check-in.. always after 1 hr…then 1.5hrs… last time we received the wrong items.. this time everything was cold and soggy, couldn’t even eat one thing. Truly wonder if management cares.. no one contacts us to at least say it’s running late or apologizes at the very least? We have to call them multiple times and keep hearing it’s 5 min away ? Never again. Waste of money. Hoping for a refund because that’s just awful.

Edit: told I would recieve full refund and have yet to see a dime back...hopefully when I do recieve it it will be for entire amount plus yip and outrageous doordash fees since I had to pay them even though they use their own drivers.

Extremely lazy and rude delivery driver in white car with tinted windows , sat in driveway for 10 mins blasting music with no notification that order was delivered, and it was left on neighbors railing when I have very clear instructions on where to leave. Did not acknowledge me when I went to check and grab food. Which the bag of chicken parm and a sandwich ordered was improperly sealed, leaked into the bag and then split open all over my chair as I walked it back. Driver continued blaring music and sped off as they watched. Girl on phone was nice and offered refund, but just disgusted by the service for the price. Food that was still edible was not even that good. Have never had such horrible delivery experience with an establishment.

Embarrasing sandwiches!! How are you ok w/ selling a handheld food item that cannot be picked up? The bottom bun has disintegrated in the spill-over jus. The jus? Bland. Sad. Upsetting. The pork it's cooked in? Underseasoned, bland, and worse than sad....dry. I made a house sauce and added it to the sandwich to help rehydrate the pork, but it's not like I could eat this handheld. I gotta post this now there are flies attacking my slop but I am too hungry to not eat

Very friendly staff. Love their Veggie Stromboli (it’s amazing!), and appetizers. Pizzas are OK - perhaps not ‘excellent’ but still good. They make great sandwiches - club and chicken sandwiches are very good. Ask about their specials - the BBQ pulled pork sandwiches lately have been great.

Review based on dinner ordered Friday September 4th 2020Pizza doesn't have enough cheese. Its very flimsy, everything slides off even if you do the pizza fold. I decided to ask them to do it new York style, well done, to avoid the issue 2nd time we ordered (September 4). The pizza still didn't have enough cheese, toppings still all slid off but now the crust is inedible because it's burnt. Mushy cheeseless pizza with toppings sliding off & crust too hard to chew. Yuck.I also ordered chicken fingers & french fries for my kids. I had to order them separately because they dont have an adult full size chicken fingers meal (only a small chickens meal but I have 3 small kids). Ordering things individually instead of as meals makes things more expensive but anyway... They packaged up my food & put chicken & fries straight into styrofoam containers before allowing the food to cool, causing the food to burn holes through the styrofoam & FUSE TO THE FOOD, making the food poisonous and inedible. This should be common sense for a food establishment to let food cool/put paper down or use another type of material for packaging. Maybe they were in a rush since it was Friday night? I'm unsure...I called to mention the chicken fingers/fries since now we all have to split the pizza and my kids dont have dinner. When I called, they were very nice & understanding. Adam said chicken and fries cost about $12 but offered to credit my account $20 for future purchase and for the inconvenience (so basically replaced food & gave an $8 coupon towards a future order). I called at 8:15, and they apparently close at 8pm on weekdays now? So early... kinda ridiculous. We ordered an xl pizza, chicken fingers & french fries like last time, and a chicken parm meal.Pizza still flimsy. They use as little dough and cheese as possible, just overall cheaping out.The chicken fingers and french fries, yet again, burned into the styrofoam, leaving them inedible. Its why we got a coupon last time. What the actual poop, unacceptable. Also, a chicken parm meal is $15. They forgot my salad and my dinner roll - I ordered a meal specifically for the salad. The chicken parm was mushy and overall wasn't good. By the time my husband got home with the food and we realized they forgot the salad and rolls, bella was already closed. This was our last time trying this establishment. We will not be back. Im unsure how they would rectify the situation anyway,, considering I wouldn't drive back again and again for an incorrect order anyway. Its just really obvious they don't really care about their customers, overall rip off. We won't be back.The biggest reason I decided to try these guys is their location. Its the closest pizza joint to our house. We usually go to Chiaros, which is much farther from our house. I have nothing but great things to say about them, we've been going for 5+ years. Do yourself a favor and make the extra drive for a pizza joint with good affordable food & customer service aka chiaros, not bellas.
