Placed a pickup order. One sandwich was incorrect and missing coleslaw (Turkey Schwartzie) and my other sandwich was missing a side of mayo. Called the store after and was told the stores policy was to not refund the sandwich because I left the store with the product. What a mind numbingly bad policy. Worth mentioning that the store was not busy. The employee noted that the manager and owner were out and would call me back in a few days.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The place is now under new management, and you can truly feel the difference. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just right - everything you’d want in a quality hoagie. The shop itself was spotless, and the team behind the counter was both friendly and professional. It's clear they care about doing things right. If you haven’t been in a while, now’s the perfect time to stop by. Highly recommend!

First visit and also first time eating a Primo hoagie. I was not disappointed! The server was helpful and friendly. I heard about a Members Promo and she helped me figure it out😉.
Love the sesame rolls! Wow!
The Italian was really good but guess I wished oregano came on it , but certainly not a must😉. Delicious.
The ham and cheese was really amazing- with lots of tasty ham!
