I've been eating at Randalls for 50 years, food and service is always good. However I noticed they started charging a surcharge on the bill and I expect it is because I used a charge card. The charge card fees are not for the customer but they are for the establishment for the convenience of getting people to come in and spend their money when they don't have cash. Randall may have made an extra 70 cents on me
however they have lost me as a customer six people...

The food is great at randall's this is an American iconic diner. i have been coming here since i was young and come back every so often because the atmosphere and people are amazing. More young people need to try this place it is truly welcoming to all ages.

Great service and the best mushroom soup I've ever had. The ham loaf was killer as well! Generous portions and reasonably priced. I now know where to go when I'm in the area again.
