I had to explain what half and half was to employee. Asked for blueberry donut, charged for blueberry donut, and watched him grab chocolate donut. They did have blueberry donuts, but just sad he couldn't read the printed receipt.

I usually stop on the way to work but that is impossible to do anymore because of the wait. I waited for 20 minutes in line this morning and still didn't get to order. The line was out on the road and causing problems. It's ridiculous.

Jerika has been incredibly rude while handing me my drinks while I was at this location, making snide remarks and had an overall negative attitude. Since this is a recurring issue, I’m deciding to use a different location as her behavior is incredibly unprofessional.

Stopped here while passing through for coffee and bathrooms. Store was very clean, clean bathrooms, and the staff was friendly. Our drinks were made well too!

My son and I unfortunately decided to go here a few days in a row. The first 2 days...no cream filled donuts. The expensive coffee drinks have more ice than coffee. The last trip, they had the cream filled donuts. I also ordered 2 of the snack bacon and never got it. It is not the first time I paid for something there and didn't get it. Definitely check your orders before you leave the window.
