Simply amazed how they handle such a large number of orders. They were working so fast and accurately that it felt astonishing. Even within that, they still managed to keep a smile, so hats off to that. For me they didn't make any mistakes but i saw a lot of bad reviews online. However, seeing they were way too busy, they are bound to make mistakes and people report mistakes more often than their correct doings.

I enjoy going to Dunkin, my boyfriend and I usually go once a week together. I usually use the mobile order just so it's quicker, usually order two coffees and some breakfast food and a donut or two. The first two times we ordered donuts they were forgotten.we were upset but it was whatever at the time. We went today to get our coffees and I got a sandwich and he got two Boston cream donuts. The lady at the window handed us our coffee and just the sandwich, we sat there for a moment to get her attention because the donuts were missing yet again. We said something and she said they didn't have the Boston donuts and she forgot to tell us. So now I'm wondering if Everytime we have ordered donuts they just forgot to tell us they were out. My boyfriend's coffee had no creamer or flavor even though it was ordered, and the sandwich was very hard. We are both disappointed that it happened yet again.

Worst Dunkin I ever went to... They purposely make online order drinks bad by not adding our syrups/sweeteners. When we asked to remake them because they were completely undrinkable they gave us attitude. Then proceeded to whisper about us in the back. I work customer service and understand the frustration of these position but this is completely unexcusable.

I ordered a slice of avocado toast with bacon and a large pumpkin iced coffee. And I go around and got a medium coffee which was the worst coffee I’ve ever had and I got avocado toast with no bacon. And neither had any slip on it and they didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt so I couldn’t even go in and complain

When my sugar is low and the freshly iced doughnut is served upside down by the employee working the window, I had to accept the fact that I got what I paid for. Drink was great but the doughnut was messy!

The store is very clean, very well run. Team was communicating extremely well and each person was assigned to their station and seem to clearly understand their role on the team.
If I couldn’t love Dunkin’ Donuts anymore, the atmosphere is great. Location is perfect for me. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is always polite. My drinks and food are always correct and they couldn’t be any closer than Cheers lol cause. I think everyone knows my name.

1- We visited this place twice in a week and both times service or food had problems.On 1st visit we got grilled cheese sandwich perfect but second sandwich was burnt.2- It feels like staff was more interested in talking to each other than focusing on orders.3- On 2nd visit they had very few donuts so we basically ate what they wanted us to eat. I ordered Latte they said they are out of syrup, so basically they made me drink what they wanted me to drink.So customer have no say.1 girl was cleaning washrooms and had friend over who ordered drink and continously chit chatting while staff was cleaning and she went to clean bathroom and friend went their too talking ,after cleaning she locked the door of female washroom now when my daughter tey to open it,it was locked when we informed them they start making excuses may be someone is inside or you didnt try hard enough to open it, in the end I stepped in and told them show me if its unlocked and they were embarrased to realize there is no one inside.This place needs training and ettiqutes.
