The food is really good, but the service has been consistently bad. Negative attitudes and comments. I have felt uncomfortable every time I’ve gone in there. They don’t say thank you or hello. Just look at you while holding a pad and pen. You lost someone who would have been a good long standing customer. I even told friends about how great the pizza was. But, I can’t bring myself to go there anymore. I feel like I’m giving my business to people who are negative, unprofessional, and honestly they have made me feel like they don’t care about your patronage, and I’m the most smiley, easy going person you could meet! It just seems like they are miserable people.

very disappointed with the customer service. I wanted to like it. The pizza is VERY good. Been there 4 times and even brought a friend to try because the pizza was so good. Unfortunately, I just can't bring myself to continue to patronize this shop anymore no matter how good the food is. Every single time the owners/managers are rude and unprofessional. Always in a bad mood. Complaining about being over and sick of each other to customers they don't even know. They don't say hello or thank you. They just give you a look holding their pen and pad to take your order. I don't like the negative vibe you get as soon as you walk in the door. I'll go somewhere else where there's better service.

Best pizza in the land, just wish they were open more. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays which can be a bummer. Get it extra brown and you can't go wrong.

A joke of an establishment. Treats certain staff incredibly bad. They think bullying is funny. Truly a place filled with negativity and negligence. And when confronted, chooses to ignore the situation. There are plenty of pizza places, literally go anywhere else but here.As adults that run a business, especially in todays world, you’d think the managers would be a little more kind and mature. Spend your money somewhere worth it, because this place isn’t it.

Always loved this place but lately dough is hit or miss and sauce is sometimes really heavy! Sometimes the dough is much thicker than it used to be and sometimes undercooked. When the dough and sauce proportions are normal, the pizza is great! When it's not, it's mediocre.
