First off, this is a restaurant...why would you NOT have a server scheduled to work??? The dishwasher and cook were taking orders while the manager was trying to figure everything out! Everybody that came in AFTER us got their food while we sat there! Our order was taken by the dishwasher, it somehow got lost! Half hour or so later the manager came over and apologized and took our order AGAIN! The only good thing was when we went to go, the manager apologized again and said our meal was on her! I did leave a tip but whomever is doing their schedules needs to do a better job! And the cook and dishwasher need a raise to do their job plus the job of someone else!

Ordered personal pizza. The pepperoni was petrified, sauce I think they got it from a ketchup packet. Other than that it was shabby.

The big New Yorker is disgusting. Soggy ass pizza and the slices are cut stupid. Then theres the seasoning. Its either terrible or there was too much on it. One bite right in the garbage. 1.1 is your score. It's like you guys Googled the definition of a New York pizza and did your best. Guess you can claim anything if you're a big enough company. I will stick with Aldis $7 take home pies that exceed any pizza you get here.

The survey they sent me expired so I decided to share my negative experience here. The Phillipsburg location used to be our favorite Pizza Hut.
We stop at this Pizza Hut quite often as we travel through. The last 2 times have been bad. When I went in there was only one order in the warmer, he handed it to me, it had my name on it so I thanked him and left. Only 1 of the pizzas had the right toppings and I requested extra sauce but the pizza had very little sauce and was overcooked. The 2nd pizza was supposed to have 3 toppings and extra sauce, however it was a cheese pizza with very little sauce. The cheese on both pizzas was over cooked and dark brown. I only ate 1 bite of the breadsticks as they tasted like they had previously been reheated in the pizza oven but had since gone cold and there was no marinara dipping sauce.
We had to stop for different food as this entire Pizza Hut order was not edible. I’m not sure if we’ll give this location another try or not. This was our 2nd bad experience within 6 weeks. We can’t afford to spend $30 on food that nobody eats so therefore it gets thrown away.

Was there Tuesday evening. Staff was absolutely terrific (scottie....I believe). Food was terrific!
I haven't been back to this location in a while. I decided to go for My Birthday and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic!
Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza is always a great choice as they do not use meat in the pizza sauce. Cheese and bread sticks and all desserts. And there are always salads.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes for some pizza, wings and brownies. Finally when I got my food, they forgot the brownies and hadn’t even started to prepare them. Had to be refunded vs waiting another 20 minutes.
