Good wings, only place I know of you can order all flats. Place was jamming on a Tuesday. I've been on a weekend night and it's too tight for me, in my younger days that wouldn't bother me. Good service, small dining area but decent size bar and a pool table. Decent tap list too for philpsburg.

If a dingy bar has great food, a decent selection of craft beer on tap, and good service is it considered a dive? These sorts of questions challenge any reviewer. I can say this: If you put aside the appearance of the place, you will be pleased to have visited. I have reviewed bars orders of magnitude more upscale which disappointed. After several visits, RJ's did not disappoint. A diamond in the rough.
