We ordered food and our son picked up the order. The subs were all STALE and when we contacted them they refused to make it right. The order got double charged and they said it was not a problem but then said they had to eat the cost of the other order without letting us know they made the order twice. We would have paid for both and got both. I guess when they have a mistake and have to eat the cost they give you old stale subs Our son plays sorts year round and we gave them slot of business. We will not be coming back and will be sure to spread the word

I got subs from the Philipsburg one and they were very stale and when I called in the supervisor was very rude and argued with me that I was lying and she was very unprofessional!!! Don’t go here the food has always been okay never good, the bread has been stale more than once and we just delay with it! HORRIBLE!!!!

Horrible service food is not even good quality buns stale and chewie meat very skimpy along with your toppings.(lettuce tomato etc.) For two 6 inch subs one was made into a combo meal 25.00 bucks.never again ....beware people I'm sure there's others that have experienced this allso.
honestly I truly wonder how the old lady who works here is never consistent. sometimes her subs are amazing. MOST times it's completely wrong. she's a horrible employee and RUDE. I get stressed every time I walk into this subway and that old lady is standing behind the counter. cause it always means she's gonna be mean and the food we just ordered will most likely be completely WRONG. AGAIN. at least, that I can remember, about 7 specific times this subway, and their employees (only once was it someone other than the old lady who made my sub when it was messed up) have made my order completely wrong. it makes me never want to come here, even though I love subway and it's cheap.
