They had doors locked at 6pm, when asked why they said for staff to take a break. We had them open the doors so we could dine in. We visit this location often and each time the staff's nasty and unfriendly. They even yell at each other. We even reminded them to not curse at each other. Very hostile environment. The food is very good at this location so they do well with food preparation otherwise we would not dine there.

Stopped by on June 29th to find out they were closed, online hours they were supposed to be open 3pm on a Sunday and they were closed smh. Not to mention every time I go to this Arby's the fries are cold, how do you give paying Customer's cold fries and your closed on a Sunday at 3pm? I expect better from Arby's and this location needs alot of work

Food was what you would expect from a fast food chain. Service was good, but they were more concerned with each other and their friends over the customer in front of them. There was just a lot of nonsense and horseplay going on in the kitchen and dining area. I believe manager had a boyfriend in the kitchen and other employees were just hanging out carrying on with their friends in the dinning area.
Food is always hot and orders are correct usually go thru the drive thru. Alot of times this location is out of things.

The cashier rang up the wrong sandwich. The person with me waited 15 minutes for his meal. The manager came out to the dining room and gave everyone there a coupon for a free combo meal.

Went there today for lunch and worst mistake I made dipshit of a lady i orderd my family's food well she forget to place my order then we received the food it was cold and the frys were dried out well end of story we ate the food and what happens shortly after we all got food poisoning
Stopped here passing through while traveling. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Good was delicious!
