Everytime I come here my experience is the same. They park everyone in the drive thru so their drive through numbers aren't completely destroyed by the fact it takes them 15 minutes to give you half of your order. Then give you an attitude when you tell them you're missing items.

Terrible! At 10:38 THEY canceled my order. I pulled in at 10:41 expecting my order. They would NOT give me my order. I submitted my order at 10:21am. I had to drive over the mountain to get here and they did me dirty. Even if breakfast ends at 10:30, as long as you have your order in, they have to fulfill it I was told by the OWNERS of 15 franchise’s plus my husband worked for them and it’s part of their policies. They had the audacity to lie straight to me. Someone needs fired. This is unacceptable customer service. Do better Pine Grove. Are you going to pay the gas it took me to get over from Fredericksburg? I should have just stuck with the one in Lickdale. You already took the play place but I figured I’d give you a chance and you did me and my autistic son so dirty. They do not support autism. If they did, they would understand ARFID and how it takes to plan around things and would have fulfilled the order. Thank you for ruining my day. Hope you reap what you sow.

They’re supposed to open at 5:30. They have barely any lights on inside. I use their bathroom went and stood at the counter for five minutes. Nobody even noticed me so I went through the drive-through sat there for 10 minutes. Nobody got on the speaker so I left and got no food.

2 weeks in a row now this has happened. New hires taking orders 2 different girls. No fault of theirs but all the managers fault for not training properly. Both days orders were totally wrong, didn't get my free rewards food and they locked up my app account and lost 32500 points. Don't recommend eating here until management trains properly.
Quick stop on way to Myrtle Beach ⛱️ and food was good. Nothing to bragg about, typical McDonald's quality lol but worked for us. Location was perfect to get in and out.

ordered 6 mcdoubles with a mountain of extra onions paid 4.14 for the extra onions got the burgers which I watched them make no onions at all. took them back and the grill person argued that they put extra onions on them opened 2 of them up no onions at all. then instead of making 6 new ones because they left the register area they threw a couple onions on them and sent them out. manger upfront was very professional but the grill team has a lot to be desired.

The food came fast and ordering with the kiosk was smooth. Employees seemed very busy, yet there wasn’t a lot of people in the drive-thru nor the restaurant. They also ignored everyone waiting to order in the front. People in the back of the kitchen were constantly screaming at each other. Bathrooms were very clean and tidy.
