driving from Wilkes Barre to Palmyra driver stopped to use restroom and get food. When we pulled in there was a lady on ground in a handicapped spot. It was icy and appered no salt was on side walk or parking are people helped her up and got her in car I used to like stopping here but service and customer care is worse than it ever was

Visited Tuesday , it was the worst experience. One of the staff was yelling at the rest of the crew for the entire hour I was there . Completely unprofessional, I felt terrible for the kids that were working there having to deal with that .management needs changed . It was disgusting listening to this younger woman talk down to these kids . Won't be visiting again .

Been to this McDonald’s several times it’s like they purposely try to hire the worst, meanest, most unprofessional people on the planet. Charge for ketchup, seriously who charges for ketchup? Wait time is forever. Food is horrible even for McDonald’s and probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a drive-through. Do better Pine Grove McDonalds.

I don't traditionally eat at McDonald's but visited this location after work. I may have to visit more often. The customer service was lovely here especially charity. She was pretty cool. It was clean and the food was good.
I arrived at 10:28 am by the time I got to the speaker it was a minute shy of 10:30. But they already had lunch products on. I don't understand why they would say breakfast until 10:30 if they begin lunch 10 mins prior. There should be a policy that as long as someone is within the time they should be able to order breakfast. Regardless if they have items made or not

Everytime I come here my experience is the same. They park everyone in the drive thru so their drive through numbers aren't completely destroyed by the fact it takes them 15 minutes to give you half of your order. Then give you an attitude when you tell them you're missing items.

Terrible! At 10:38 THEY canceled my order. I pulled in at 10:41 expecting my order. They would NOT give me my order. I submitted my order at 10:21am. I had to drive over the mountain to get here and they did me dirty. Even if breakfast ends at 10:30, as long as you have your order in, they have to fulfill it I was told by the OWNERS of 15 franchise’s plus my husband worked for them and it’s part of their policies. They had the audacity to lie straight to me. Someone needs fired. This is unacceptable customer service. Do better Pine Grove. Are you going to pay the gas it took me to get over from Fredericksburg? I should have just stuck with the one in Lickdale. You already took the play place but I figured I’d give you a chance and you did me and my autistic son so dirty. They do not support autism. If they did, they would understand ARFID and how it takes to plan around things and would have fulfilled the order. Thank you for ruining my day. Hope you reap what you sow.
