driving from Wilkes Barre to Palmyra driver stopped to use restroom and get food. When we pulled in there was a lady on ground in a handicapped spot. It was icy and appered no salt was on side walk or parking are people helped her up and got her in car I used to like stopping here but service and customer care is worse than it ever was
I actually was impressed by this McDonald's all the food that came out was fresh and hot been awhile since I've been to McDonald's that cared about there service also it was quick they even delivered it to the table
I don't traditionally eat at McDonald's but visited this location after work. I may have to visit more often. The customer service was lovely here especially charity. She was pretty cool. It was clean and the food was good.
